    HELLO. This trial is great. Everybody is bothered from rectifier and voltage regulator, it sound like protection from malfunction but it works not to get big energy from alternator. Your trial is a breakthrough. If you turn the pulley faster by machine, this alternator can have much more voltage and current. I was encouraged.Thank you!

    Parabéns. Esse gerador alternador funciona melhor se incitar o magneto e fazer o teste de quantos quilos ele aguenta, alguns 6 kg ou 8 kg, e os ímãs de neodimil devem ter o mesmo magnetismo, aí sim gera muito, desde que tenha boa rotação.

      @mgabrielle2343 Před rokem +1

      There is a limit as to how much thicker a wire can be as the current is not determined by the thickness of the wire but by the strength of the magnets, so if your magnets can only produce 1 amp then it does not matter if you have 1mm dimeter wire or 2mm thick wire it will only produce 1 amp or may be just a tiny fraction more due to the resistance to 1 amp current flowing through the wires, Power Generation is the product of the strength of magnetic field and speed of rotation, voltage is proportional to number of turns and strength of the magnets and the speed of the rotor. And nothing comes out of nothing, so if you wanted more power then you also need more input power to spin, (Torque)

    A quick way to drill holes with a consistent set depth, 1: find the desired depth 2: drill first hole to depth then stop drilling 3: with the drill bit stopped and in the hole, wrap some masking tape around the drill bit's circumference at the surface of the material being drilled 4: back the bit out of the hole and start drilling the other holes. The masking tape is easily removable, won't damage the bit and clean up is a breeze. Heat and tapping compounds might cause the tape to melt or slide off so you might want to think about using different types of tape or permanent markers/paint to mark the depth on the bit.

    The set of windings from which power comes is THE STATOR as the winding is stationary.
    You won't get the power from this as you would with an excited rotor winding and you can't
    control the output either.

    I found your vids a long time ago. I finally found you! Lol. I have a dead Alternator. It's a GM ( General motors) 100 Amp alternator! Half of the diodes have died. I bought a second hand unit and swapped in 15 mins at the wrecking yard, tested and drove off. Do I take the diodes out or do I replace them? I want to convert to your setup. I have 2 deep cycle batteries and 4 solar panels at 250 watts each connected to my batteries. I want run a dc motor I have lying around to power the Alternator. Any reply and ideas would be greatly appreciated! Cheers from Australia ! Subbed a long time ago but liked as always!🙂👍👍👍

      En principios tecnicos, funcionaría, pero debido al reducido tamaño de los imanes permanentes, dudo mucho que tenga un minimo de torque necesario para impulsar cualquier cosa, el puro rotor genera un torque inercial muy grande en comparacion con el tamaño de los imanes de neodimio que coloco el hombre en esta publicación, en todo caso podrias colocar imanes mucho mas poderosos para asi poder generar mas torque, pero eso incrementaria mucho el costo de este motor, ya que mientras mas grande sea el iman de neodimio, es mas caro y necesitarás muchos, haz numeros eh investiga precios y te daras cuenta de que será inviable si es que quieres mantener los costos bajos, yo te sugiero que utilices los anillos rasantes/rosantes como estan, no es caro reemplazarlos y las escobillas son muy baratas, saludos.
      Edit: Necesitarias un controlador adecuado para la versión de anillos rasantes/rosantes, aqui no funcionaria el BLDC ;)
