From my experience, in Poland, the high school/ middle school "emo" stage is dominated by listening to rap and hip hop. At least that was the case with my relatives 😂 so less likely to listen to Hylinska but more to Grubson during that time
People in Poland at mostly 13+ age are listening mostly to polish raps, and they already swear a lot. I know this from my expirence, because i am from Poland =]

@@VoidCosmonaut it's actually a different type of "h" sound. English "h" is pronounced in the glottis (struny głosowe), while Polish "h" is pronounced at the back of the oral cavity (jama ustna ^^). Therefore Polish "h" is louder and more pronounced than English "h", which is basically just a slightly voiced flow of air through your throat and mouth.
I study linguistics at UW.
Here's something you can use for comparison:

2) English "h" pronunciation = czcams.com/video/Ph180C2dlS0/video.html
I hope you can hear the difference. If you can't, please, just believe there is one. This would mean that your brain is not trained to tell these sounds apart. Which doesn't mean the difference is not there. But, noticing the difference and trying to apply it may greately help your English pronunciation :)
