Somehow I'm just now discovering this channel in April 2023. Which is odd because I always search for stuff like this. Very good. Very very good. I liked your series on John Dillinger very much and am looking forward to this one.
Thank you, I'm a HUGE billy the kid fan so anything new makes me happy
Love The LEGEND of The Kid. Truly an anomaly. Hero nor Villain just LEGEND.
Why would so many people take credit for helping Henry get out of town? What a tough kid, though. Truly a survivor.
Truly amazing podcast!!! Thank you sooooooo much
Why this hasn't got more views is a mystery. Excellent podcast.
Very well done.
You provide such amazing content. Thank you...
The kid antrim 💪
Truly solid podcast...though, miigggght have stolen the intro from the narrator in the trailer, Assasination of Jesse James, but imitation is the sincerest form. Intriguing, well-paced, and well-researched. Will be vying for future stuff.
So sad society made a good man boy a bad view on society, when all he wanted what is right
What happened to Billy's brother?
Spent his life gambling. And when he died there was no one to claim his body, so it was given to a medical school. Evidently his brother was opposite of Henry, the personality of a wet rag and kind of surly.
He became a gambler and lived till he was 69...
why do people make heroes out of murders and thieves..?... Bonnie and Clyde..Jessie James...billy the kid and on and on.
I dont think of them as heroes, but seeing what the government did killing and robbing every inch of territory to the indians, and then splitting the most of it between the richest of the landowners, railroad companies and mining industry, its easy to romanticize those outlaws. They were common people fighting against all odds.
@@josupayas150 i am sure that plays a part but not all
@@johnsmithie821 yeah probably hollywood made a great part on it too
Because they had the guts to stand up against an unjust system.
@@MrMahemrs .,
..don't think what they were doing was for our benefit, billy was a little different but he was no hero.
