So many things are designed to perpetuate emptiness, unworthiness, envy, insecurity, dissatisfaction.
That's how they get us to stay stuck in a cycle of returning and returning to the hamster wheel.

I’m amazed every time when The Heavenly Father gives me confirmation of the wisdom He gives me in my quiet time. It shows it is the same Spirit working in the lives of His people. Tears are welling up as I watch this as I experience His peace, joy and guiding Spirit when I surrender what I think I want and go His way for me. It truly is humbling.

My sweet sister Lea! This message was from Father God! I was told yesterday that the small b&b that I'm manager of with a small apartment and kitty is being sold and most likely I'll need to vacate. Im a 58 yr old widow with no children and have very little means. I rely upon my Lord Jesus to provide and He has every step of the way. There is s strong possibility of moving in with friends that have become family but that's across the country. I live in the Northeast too. Hopefully my older kitty will be able to come with me. I will be leaving behind family and friends I've had for decades but also stepping away from a long relationship that has pulled me down. I trust but I'm nervous. Thank you for your encouragement! I just quit my job of almost 8 yrs. Over a year ago, I started praying for God's will and for him to close the doors he wanted closed and open the doors he wanted open in my life. It took me a year to figure it out, he was closing this door. When I said I was quitting, peace fell on me :) I'm at so much peace and I'm trusting him for another job, or for me to be still for a while.

I was teaching our daughters about how God doesn't want us to dress in a way that encourages visual adultery. Our 15 yr old (who happens to look like a fashion model) was perplexed with the cultural norms and said,"What's the point of even trying to look pretty if you really want to obey God." I pointed her to your channel. It IS possible. Thank you for shining a beautiful Light. God bless.
Why can't people, especially Christian moms and dads, simply teach their daughters that they're pretty even without "trying to be" pretty? People focused on physical appearance are focused on this world. Would this channel be less "worth watching" if the presenter is "plain" as determined by a society that worships looking like a supermodel? Be careful what you teach girls and young women about outer beauty, when God does not look at that when He sees his creation.

I had a very similar experience to you. I am so glad you are sharing this. I haven't been brave enough to share mine on camera, but maybe one day I will. I was career driven, scared to start a family, full of worry and stress, and had felt tied to an identity that truly was not me. I was left feeling overwhelmed, burned out, and no matter what I did, I could not see relief in sight. Then I felt called to let go of my job, some friends, some relatives, and things I that weren't serving me. I started reading my Bible and felt the most fulfilled I had felt in a long time. Many light bulb moments. I came to the realization that although I removed myself from so much, which in the past I saw as a loss, I gained so much more. It was a leap of faith that benefited me in so many ways. The Most High God gets all the glory for that. Keep sharing your testimonies of the goodness of our father. I am grateful for you and look forward to your next videos. May God continue to bless you, your channel, and all those who feel the same calling.

I am complete agreement with you. I was wrong about my career choice in the past. It took a huge health crash in my late 20s and I had to make the choice to either live or die. If I would have continued on the same path I would have died. I gave up a LOT and my life has never been better!!

I've needed God more and more. In the big things and the small. March 17th was my granddaughters birthday....July 10th will be her death anniversary. It's going to feel so heavy. Last spring and summer was absolutely horrible. It was difficult to hold on to faith. Yet we held on...A peace beyond our understanding. Our granddaughter was Journee Grace....And this past year has been a Journey of Grace because we couldn't have made it otherwise ❤ God bless wonderful spring ahead of us. I love this life, but I can't wait till I'm home with the father. We will continue the Journee ❤

Spot on about pride being the issue when we have to acknowledge maybe I need to turn around or go a different way. It can be really hard to work through.
Due to ill health my world is getting smaller and smaller. Even the church is no longer a regular part of my life. As i look to a future where everyone i know moves forward, which is right and good that they do, i see them disappear into the distance. But God is with me as my old life fades away and a new one begins, alone perhaps but not lonely.

When everything we were programmed for doesn’t make sense we feel like we wander in confusion for decades which leaves us feeling fatigued and lost .
With patience comes wisdom . And sometimes you just have to let go and let god .
And that’s the time the light shines in the darkness.
I am 63 and have had to say, I was wrong many many times. In my twenties/early thirties I did what society was making me feel like I should do. My husband only wanted me to be happy and do want I felt like I needed to. I finally came home from work one day and told him I can't do it. I have to choose where I want my energy to go and I choose staying home, managing it, raising our children, making healthy meals, gardening, and so on. He told me to do it, He told me whatever makes my soul feel less stress, less anxiety and to allow joy in. That is what I have done since and we are still together, loving life and letting joy in. You are so right with your message. Peace, Love and Joy to you. May anyone needed to make a decision find the strength to do so.

I did end up sick with thyroid problems. I have been trying to “let go” of expectations and that lifestyle. I find it scary but everyday gather up a little more wisdom!
