Blazar has a classic ultraman look with an added flare to it??? my guy he is arguably the absolute furthest weve gone from the classic look
Compared to other Reiwa Ultras(New Gen),he looks the closest to Og Ultraman,i mean look at Z's Design! So in my opinion,he is the closest to Og man Design

I am a die-hard for the classics, and I tend to feel the Hesei series found the best balance of old and new traits, but I do have to agree, Zero is the coolest. He was introduced with his own personality, which comically comes into conflict with his hosts, but I do think this is the Ultraman we've always wanted.

2) Tiga - Badass Playboy and The strongest ancient ultra warrior and my first ❤
3) Mebius- Got the coolest infinity rizz and my childhood❤
4) Zero- Faking two horn bruce lee personality
5) Seven - Coolest transformation
6) Belial - Coolest Villain with the coolest design
7)Nexus- Very unique design and very dark the series
8) Dyna- I love his all three forms and his personality is very good and also the best baseball player
9)Gaia- Gaia Supreme is thick as fak
10) Tregear - A cool clown villain

I think geed’s eyes are a mix of both belial’s eye shapes (the more flat horizontal eyes of his early form combined with his current more vertical eyes)

Mine would have to be Blazar. That scar on his face looks amazing in my opinion and I love his design overall.

he is the one who help me in my healing journey. He have hardships that he overcome and i have mine that i also overcome. i may have a long journey before me but i can say that im walking the same path as Zero. Thats why he is my favorite

Ultraman Zero will and forever be the coolest Ultraman in my opinion.
To me it's ultraman the next junis form. There is something about the armored organic stone looks that really make it charming.

As someone who grew up watching the original 1966 Ultraman series on American syndicated television in the 1970s, I'd have to say that I'm not really a fan of the Reiwa Era Ultra shows, though I did enjoy the Shin Ultraman movie quite a bit. For me, I was a bit of an Ultra Father fan when I saw episode 27 of Ultraman Ace, in which Father sacrificed his own life energy to save his son, who in a fit of anger, destroys the alien, revives his comrades, and helps transports Father to their homeworld for a funeral that would never happen since Father would return in future Ultraman shows.
I love all the Ultraman.
But me personally I really love mostly the New Generation to Reiwa era Ultras.
My top favorite ultras are Ultraman Victory, Ultraman X, Ultraman Orb, Ultraman Geed, Ultraman R/B, Taiga, Z, Trigger, maybe Decker.
Yes Zero is the best ever for me too, and his year is his 15th anniversary too, they might even make a movie of him i think

My no.1 Always Ultraman Legend. So cool and futuristic, yet not too busy like Ultraman X or Blazar.

Fun fact about Nexus: he is not wearing a helmet, but rather an equivelant of an ultra having a long hair... or should i say the only ultraman that has mullet...

The more recent Ultras are very form reliant. Thus making it also hard to pick as some are only good to me in certain forms. While newer forms are presented to older Ultras so there also that.

I actually prefer ultras who talk to their hosts regularly throughout the series.
I am not sure if mine count but it would be Gridman the Hyper agent.

I would add Mebius in the top or at least the top 3. His Design is close to ultraman himself and his design can literally represent what and how ultramans are. He just looks too original to be left out.

Can anyone suggest the best ultraman to start with? i've always wanted to start never knew which one to start with, any suggestions?
Ultraman Orb. It has (in my opinion) the best protagonist, antagonist, and an even greater dynamic between the two. Also, the supporting cast (the members of the SSP) were memorable and had great character moments too. After that, I would recommend Geed for its great characters and a very emotional conflict between Geed and his father Belial.
Ultraman Z i heard is a pretty good start. Honestly it doesn't matter which show you started. All of them are good

That's the correct pronunciation of Tiga, "Ti-ga" since it's takes the name from number 3(three) from Indonesia/Malaysia language. I'm curious how you pronounce Tiga though 🤔

in my opinion, zero is a really bad overpowered and overused character that either keeps getting power ups non stop or taking the credits in another ultras show, his "im so arrogant and a badass" personality is just bad character writing in the ultra franchise that was meant to be entertaining for the young generations who mostly loves the "badass" characters. it might just be nostalgia kicking in but zero is just a bad overhyped character overall for me.

Everyone has different opinions. If you don't like it then that's fine. My top 1 Ultraman (solely on the design) is Blazar. He looks awesome and definitely one of the more unique ones.

10: Trigger was the show that brought me back to Ultraman permanently but Unfortunately, due to how bad the plot was and that annoying catchphrase but i am grateful for this show for bringing me back to the franchise forever
9: Ultraman Decker is the show that kept me in this franchise after that train wreck that's Ultraman Trigger but i placed him 9 because of Agams revenge arc
8:Max is one of the Ultraman that i watched when i was younger but only like a few episodes
7:Orb is the first show that brought me back to the franchise after my last Ultraman movie Ultraman saga. Unfortunately i put him this low because of his transformation item (using cards)
6:Geed is the last show i watched before taking a break for another 2 years. This show is amazing and i love the final battle with Belial
5: I used to hate the original Ultraman due to his type a suit because it looked ugly. But when i got older, i watched the show and i loved it alot that i placed him in number 5
4: Ohhh boy my childhood show. I owned the CD set of this show and I loved watching it everyday when i was young. But now that we have CZcams, i can watch it everyday :D

1:Dyna is my all time favorite because he is so amazing and badass i also love his forms more than tiga as it has more design changes and the color timer sound is just *french kiss*. I hope i will get the ZD toys version of him because he is my all time favorite Ultraman :>
