Faun - Hellfest 2023 - ARTE Concert

Au Hellfest, le groupe allemand @faun fait à nouveau résonner sa néo-folk intemporelle, notamment avec les titres de son douzième album : Pagan.
Formé en 1998, Faun, célèbre groupe de medieval néo-folk, s'est rapidement fait remarquer par son mélange unique de sonorités anciennes et modernes, plongeant quiconque les écoute dans une atmosphère à la fois envoûtante et mystique.
Puisant son inspiration dans les musiques traditionnelles du folklore européen, le groupe allemand mêle habilement influences celtiques, nordiques et médiévales. Le tout recréant un ensemble cohérent où s’associent et se répondent cornemuse, vièle à archet, harpe celtique, flûtes et percussions. Sans oublier le chant, qui occupe une place centrale dans la musique de Faun.
Sur scène, Faun offre à voir de véritables performances, intenses et parfois même envoûtantes. Un concert de Faun emporte irrémédiablement la foule au cœur d’un univers rappelant les temps anciens, où les costumes des membres du groupe, inspirés du médiéval, sont contrebalancés par la modernité des sons électroniques qui teintent leurs compositions.
Au fil des ans, Faun a sorti plusieurs albums acclamés par la critique, dont Zaubersprüche (2002), Totem (2007), Von den Elben (2013) et Midgard (2016). En 2022, ils reviennent sur le devant de la scène avec Pagan, nous rappelant les qualités intemporelles de leur Paganfolk. Sur la scène du Hellfest 2023, les musiciens nous offrent donc un voyage dans le temps unique en son genre.
