In the scene where the fleeing vehicle nearly strikes a woman pushing a baby stroller on a crosswalk, look closely and you can see that she is in the sadly common posture of face aiming down and one arm holding something.....sure looks like the "mother" was walking her baby across a busy street while looking only at her phone, and apparently oblivious to the oncoming threat AND the sound of the advancing police sirens. The fleeing motorist was not the only dangerous idiot in this video......
