Hahaha ...that Turkey video is just priceless! I've not seen something that funny & genuinely real in it seems like forever! That poor big brave policeman...imagine the ribbing back at the station, having been forced to retreat & defend himself, almost losing his vehicle & to top it off being reduced to bawking like a chicken at them & having it recorded on body cam to prove it. Can anyone say bravery award? He did after all get to keep the cop car.

It’s actually quite regular in the valley-Kuna/Boise/Meridian/Eagle area of Idaho. It’s more fun when goats get lose and eat everything for miles. Big police response😂
He's lucky he didn't get spurred. Tom's are very aggressive jumpers, clearing over 6 feet in height and can do some very serious damage
The bit with the turkeys was funny. Wild turkeys are very common here in South Jersey. We typically see 10-12 at a time or more. Back in 2011 I was changing a tire on the side of the road, and a dozen of them came and hung out with me the whole time. It was hilarious.
That man had significantly more restraint than I would have. I would have had turkey dinner that night, that's for sure...

Most of them are homeless because they spend every penny they make on drugs. They refuse to work and prefer to steal to buy their drugs. On the news, in a homeless camp, I saw a stolen Maseratti they were parting out and kept hidden under a tarp. There's no helping those people.

My guess for that car that went flying. The driver was on the freaking phone. In the 5 seconds it takes to read a text message you travel 500 feet at 60 MPH.

What really happened was that the tow truck had not turned on his emergency lights and as a result the woman didn't see that he was parked. If you watch the two vehicle at the collision point you can see that the tow truck was stopped without his lights on.
The lady was looking at the wreck and didn't look to see what was in front of her. It wouldn't have mattered if he had his lights on because she wasn't paying attention.
Seriously? He was also parked on the shoulder. If she wasn't driving on the...you know...shoulder, with her unlicensed head clearly up her obtuse anus, it wouldn't have mattered, would it? Of course she was not wearing a seat belt either. It was like she was asking a higher power to prove Darwin was wrong but it had other important things to do. Notice she didn't even attempt to brake until a split second from turning into a bad airplane. Obviously because she didn't know where she was at, or what she was doing. What if that was just someone standing on the shoulder? Would it have been their fault if they didn't have flashing lights? I will say that Bo and Luke Duke would have been proud. "Those Duke Boys...when will they learn..."
Number two girl who went airborne didn't have a license. So couldn't possibly know all the rules. Bet she was on her phone at the time.

I used to have turkeys… one season we had two in the pen opposite our chickens my Dad named “Thanksgiving” and “Christmas” They are kinda dumb… they would always poop in their feed then not eat and we would have to change the feed. Then one of them got drowned after basically looking up with its mouth open during a rain storm.

I assume the driver hit the bobcat. Almost 4 years I was travelling along the Trans-Canada highway in Alberta when a lynx walked into the highway. Lucky for the lynx (and my car's front end), I've had professional driver training.

From the video it appears that all the emergency vehicles (approx. 9 vehicles) are on one side of the road and none warning that there is a roll back with its deck down on the road not shoulder. Driving too fast conditions maybe..
Looking at it again I can see her side of the story as it appears the rollback didn't have a light bar on the cab or headache rack on the bed but in the same sense she should have paid more attention because the rollback was parked with the ramp down that also contributed to her surviving because if the bed was in transport position it would easily have decapitated her sadly I have seen that happen just one of the many fatal accidents I have seen in my 11 and a half years driving a truck

If turkeys visit your yard, be kind and share bird feed with them. They will get use to you and won't attack. I respect the fact that they can be dangerous and do not try to pet them. They know when strangers are around. It is tough to break momentum when they get in attack mode.

Wild turkeys do not come to people and follow them around and I have never seen a tame turkey attack someone. We raised turkeys and they strutted and gobbled a lot but never attacked. Even when strutting we would just push them away.
Oh yeah? I had a tom turkey that had the run of the property, 30 years ago. I had a duck pond in which I had placed mosquitofish. I was squatting down one day to observe the fish, and the tom ran up and kicked me in the back with all his 40 lbs. I very nearly fell into the pond. I was not amused. If I'd been a little child, I would have fallen in and perhaps drowned.
We have wild turkeys roaming the streets where I live now and they do stop traffic and even approach anyone who is on foot, with that turned threat display. Seen it several times.

Had a big Tom turkey in my yard attack my Airedale/Golden retriever mix a few years back one morning. Lucky for him my Oorang Airedale (95lbs) was also in the yard. The sight of him coming to the aide of my other dog scared the Tom away. Those turkeys have 3"long barbs on their feet ,and they know how to use them very well !!! Fortunately my smaller mix breed a GoldenDale was lucky to only receive some scratches to his chest and back from the big Tom turkey. The vet said chances are the bird was going for his eyes too ! Thank goodness that the bigger dog scared that crazy turkey away ! Have no idea why that bird attacked ! Think it dropped in from roosting overnight in my trees never saw my dogs and when it landed it went defensive instantaneously ! Im certain it wasnt in my yard when I let my dogs out cause ive had too many close calls with black bears and Bobcats to not look first.
Even had a Mt lion a long time ago in my yard ! But the conservation officers ( D,E.E.P.) swear they arent here in Connecticut ! They said I saw a big bobcat with a tail. I asked as long as my arm ? Ok if you say so, but I dont think so ! Bobcats arent bigger then a German shepherd nor do they have 3' long tails ! Then they said I must've mistook it with a coyote ! Sure I did ?!!? A 🐱looks just like a 🐶 now ? They must have their species mixed up just like some humans have their genders mixed up today ?!?

3:05 I guarantee the problem was all the police bright dazzling lights on the other side of the road distracted her from not seeing the tow truck. When are the police going to recognize this fact. This endangers officers and the general public with their lights being too bright especially at night.
