Looks delicious! Another recipe to try. This would be a good week day recipe. It could be cooking while I jump in the shower. One thing I did wanna mention was from about five seconds in till about seven minutes there’s no volume. The volume there for about a minute, and then it disappears for the rest of the video.

I was taught to bake the fish with lemon slices all over the top, but capers and olives sounds like a nice change.

Yes you can use any white fish.
Cook time will depend on the size and thickness of your fish.

Unfortunately I believe she uses farm raised fish which I don’t advise (unacceptable) use flounder, cod, any wild caught white meat fish. Farm raised seafood except for mussels are a health risk.
