Can you store the cakes in the freezer for later use?
Looks lovely, but really heavy on fructans (I’m intolerant). Will change the onion and garlic to flavoured olive oil (I make my own … warm 200ml olive oil and add one quartered onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Leave for an hour or 2 and then remove them. Will keep for a few days). Also change the bread to potato. Voila! Fructan free…but probably not very Greek! 😘🤣
We eat potatoes in Greece, too. You can buy garlic/onion infused evoo or make your own. You can even roast the onion before infusing it. This way you get the ready caramelized flavor. You won't get the actual onion and garlic inside the fish cake, but a hint of the flavor should be there.
Can they be done with Sea bass and smoked sea bass fillet?
