"Did you just fart...?" Everyone loves a good release with plenty of low end and sustain.
A nice round, warm tone that's fat in the bottom end with that ineffable vintage vibe thing going on.
(Someone else can chime in with a "wet-dry-wet" reference.)

I do agree with Lee, that setting up on the Overdrive Preamp was better into a clean amp, with the down setting being better into a more driven amp. Fat into clean, sharp into dirty.

The star of this video is that Victory amp. It sounds brilliant no matter you throw at it. The BadCat isn't too shabby either, but the Victory is SO honest with the tone.
Wish Lee had been just as honest about being behind Victory Amplification 😢
The CopperSound pedal finishes are super cool, they even do a purple with white guard Tele version of that Broadway pedal omg:D

Those Cream T pickups were designed with Keith Richards.
Coppersound's Strat pedal suspiciously came out soon after I entered a pedal I made into a contest on a pedal building forum back in 2014. My pedal used a Madbean Pedal Fatpants PCB (based of the pre-amp of an Echoplex) in a Sea foam green enclosure with a cream USA Strat pickguard and a green Fender Amp jewel for the LED, but my enclosure was oriented vertically and looked better. Too many similarities to be coincidence. Imitation is the highest praise I guess.
I think two separate people could develop that same idea independently. Not to say it wasn't imitation, but I don't think the fact that you both put out the same idea around the same time frame is hard proof of it.

I love the blues breaker circuit! I own a Wampler Pantheon, a Prince of Tone and 2 versions of the Snouse Black Box. The Browne Carbon sounds like my 3 knob Black Box, and now I have to consider buying one!!

Those old DOD 250's, the grey version, sound so good. That is what the fatter setting on that JHS pedal is based on. While the setting with less bass is the newer yellow version of the the DOD 250. I went on a tonal quest at one point as we all do looking for the perfect OD for our guitar(s) with single coil pickups. I got a copy of the original grey version and it is great.
Hi, this isn't true. JHS made a video about the history of the 250, and in the video says the modes are based on two very early 250's (before they were called that), not grey box and yellow box.
I have gone thru easily $2000.00 USD = to find the perfect transparent OD that did not destroy the chime on my vintage Strat PU's and the tone of my Tele. The Browne Amplification Carbon has totally 100% nailed it. Buy one ...save yourself both money and grief just get one!!!
Interesting. How much drive are you running from the pedals? I hate anything that takes away from the sound and definition of the string. I never really had much joy with pedals, so on those rare occasions I actually plug in, it's straight into my MK50 and 2x12 which gives me the adjustability and detail I want. It would be nice to have a smaller set-up though, that didn't need to be assembled and warmed up... What are you amp are you running the Carbon into?

Those Chapman t styles look so lovely. Roasted maple necks, beautiful finishes, brilliant pickup choices but....the upside-down headstocks. NO!!!!!
Indeed they do! I like the upside-down headstock, though. Never been that into the proper Tele headstock, so I guess I don't miss it.

I don’t think they’re to replicate a Tele or Strat, I think they’re overdrives aimed at a Tele and Strats.
£250 for the 1st pedal is silly money.
