A.D. does not mean "after death". It means Anno Domini, or "In the year of our Lord".
I thought for a second that I was going crazy. 🤣
I literally spit my water when he said it 😂
it was a joke
he was joking
We are taught this in Catholic school. LOL
Just fyi, A.D. = Anno Domini (Latin word for year of the Lord). A.D. does not stand for “After Death.”
I highly recommend traveling Rome off season, like in February. Also I went on a school trip with a guide who knew A LOT about every old building, and that made in a lot more interesting and impressive to me
Agreed we did just that and was perfect
I went in november and it was perfect!
I'm going this February and I can't wait!
This is how travel vlogs should be made. Well researched, recorded, and presented. Grazie!
It's crazy that your video shows less than a quarter of the amazing things that you can see in Rome. That city has such an incredible story to tell.
Rome is a dream! Mediterranean climate, pizza, pasta, gelato.... what else do you need? =)
A 🛵
Deana and Phil I agreee it’s my next destination have visited Indonesia Bali that’s beautiful as well

Rome is so beautiful and there is so much history! Loved all your insight!
Thanks guys :)
Very nice sceanary in Rome. I enjoyed your video. Thanks for sharing your video.. hope you have a safe trip in Rome
Rome - go in Sept/Oct not peak summer season. Take advantage of the "exclusive access" tours - they are a little pricey but you get to skip the lines, you do actually get into places you wouldn't otherwise have access to, and if you have a good guide they can be quite enjoyable. Walk - Rome is a very compact city and you can walk most of it and you'll get to see a lot of interseting things between the big sights. Get up in the morning! The Pantheon is empty before 10 am, be there at 0945 and you can walk right in and have the place almost to yourself.
6 month ago...i was in rome too and you really have to go up on the Dome because the view is fantastic! Nices Video!
There is a great rooftop bar overlooking Fontana di Trevi
(Rooftop at Trevi = 4th floor…)
I have been following you so far, you no what, what makes your vlogging so beautiful is gentle and crispy soundtrack and clean, simple editing! I love you 😍
Dude I’m so sad we couldn’t meet up for a talk and a pic, just sich an coincidence that my boyfriend and I where traveling Rome at the same time as you two did. Much love from Germany, next time I have more luck hopefully!

Mine too. What a city!
This is perfect! I want to plan a trip to Italy for my birthday next June, and this is super helpful. Please do more How Tos for other Italian cities! Would love to see your tips for Florence and Apulia area :)
This seems to be such an amazing place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job!
Rome was founded in 730 b.c, and it was not the early Roman Empire, but it was a monarchy, then a republic, then a principate, then the empire
Do a walk around Rome late at night or early morning it's amazing!!
AD means "Anno Domini" and not "after death"!
Anno domini means "in the year of the Lord" and it is used to count the time from the birth of Jesus.
Rome looks amazing. It's no wonder so many people always have it listed as THE best city in the world.
I love all those small history pieces, thank you man 👍
We love Rome. I guess we watch a lot of Gladiators series, movies and read a lot of books about Rome in history class.
Loved Rome immensely! Had the time of my life!
Amazing Video from an Expert CZcamsr !! Keep your great work going !!

I'm surprised you've not hit 5 6 million yet . But I'm sure you will soon , cuz your content is that good . Amazing 👌👌
Light and witty! Thanks Christian and Kathy!
Hello from Maui Hawaii.Miss to travel. Travel with you now.
Very honest and awesome views you got there .Loved it
I traveled there years ago and your tour of the Vatican City was much more thorough than what I experienced! But I'll tell you, it wears you out. In Athens you're mainly there to see the ancient structures, but in Rome you have the Ancient and the more "recent" structures to see. A lot! But nice to do it at least once in your life, ya? When I was young I used to think AD was After Death too, but then BC Before Christ wouldn't make sense...so "After Christ's Death" is said to be around AD 30 to AD 33. Anyway great video!
I went in Rome for seven days in April and it was not so crowded as it looks in your video.
Visit Trevi Fountain at late night, there is no or just few people and the fountain is beautiful with its lights.
Good call
Thanks Broski for another great video!
Cheers Jesse!
Cheers Dude! I know your here and there and everywhere but if you ever visit SD, cheers it will be. Take care and safe travels.
I've been to Rome before (9 years ago) but I love your tips.
So crazy I’ve experienced Rome last October without any tourist masses. We sat at the Trevi fountain with like 10 people😂
I love how you made this video. Raw and simple, nothing to impress. What cameras did you use on this vlog? What did you use for editing? Thank you 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
you didnt visit castel saint angelo - via gondotti . via del corso - trastevere - and many things in rome you miss by the way rome is the beautiful city in the world . musseo alive
Very good video, I got inspired to create my own travel channel. I love Rome and love to travel.
Hey Lost LeBlanc! I´m glad you´re loving Rome, it is a special city indeed! Can I give you a suggestion? If you like to get lost in the middle of the nature, you have to visit the Azores (Portuguese archipelago). It is a set of 9 volcanic islands, full of green valleys, waterfalls, volcanic calderas, and black beaches. It is wild and unique. I hope you search about it!
Great vlog and very informative, surely good information out there for my upcoming Rome Vlog. 😎
That Owen Wilson 'wow' about the Spanish steps got me so hard in the giggle box
Haven't been there in 18 years it still looks the same and I bet the food got even better... hit the island of Capri you'll really love the pizza.
15:17. Hey Now!❤️!
Hello from SINGAPORE 🇸🇬 😊
👋🏼
I have yet to visit Rome. I really looks so amazing! But I just got my first 100 subs, so one day I might be able to visit too🤗
noo you where here in Rome in my hometown! would have loved to bring you guys around the city! anyway great tips, Bravo!
Cool Video! 🇮🇹
When are you both coming to Switzerland? :)
Just beautiful thanks for sharing
Looks awesome! 😍
Love all your Videos Lost❤️Huge fan of u from Malaysia 🇲🇾 💕
One of the worlds most popular tourist destinations! Historically, Rome has always had a top heavy government. This has allowed the residents and visitors to ignore their duties and responsibilities. When in Rome, don't do what the Romans do. Obey ALL traffic laws! It's bad taste to add to Rome's nightmare streets. If the residents and tourists ever accepted their responsibilities, the world would immediately thrive - knowing that Rome's streets, adults and communities finally became law-abiding, ethical and conscientious. Imagine!
#VisitGeorgia (Europe, not state of America)
There is so many beautiful places, mountains, lakes, old castles and churches and also Georgian "Las Vegas" - Batumi. Great cousin and hospitality. you will be amazed... I'm interested in your impression to this little amazing country.
P.S It's safe and NOT Expensive country
And LOVE Your VLOGs
wish i watched this before travelling to Rome.
Scenes are so clear n great narration!
Thanks Victoria!
It's like watching the history/vlog/travel video. 💕
Lmfao I was waiting for the staircase, because that ish was ridiculous. Not ideal for anyone over 5'8. I absolutely loved the view but the stairs were unbelievably tight. I went with by best friend and another pair of tourist were right behind us on the stairs and we ended up having a whole conversation because of the stairs it was great 😂😂😂
you have a wrong information about the hole in pantheon .when its raining the water dont get inside . its a magic things
Great video le blanc come to Kenya
I was just there not to long ago traveling with my family
Beautiful video ,thank you for shearing
AS ALWAYS SUPERB VİDEO 🙌🙌
The history adds such a sweet touch.
That’s what makes the city special. Oh and the pasta and pizza
Lost LeBlanc Of course!
Nice one Christian … very enjoyable
Hahah the little kid! So sweet, I think he said: "Raga' non si sente da qua" - Roman slang for: " Hey guys, I can't hear you from here".
Another awesome video!
One quick question: I saw you carry a backpack at the Colosseum but I read somewhere they don't allow large bags, and selfie sticks. What was your experience?
Monina Castillo I think it recently changed. I signed up for a tour no backpacks or large purses. I don’t go for a month but now you have to reserve your time slot and that wasn’t true when I booked my flight to Rome.
Yay! I was wondering when you would get to Italy
You should do a video of Cinque Terre 😎
Did you visit the Victor Emmanuel Monument/ Alter of the a Fatherland ??? It is worth seeing!!!!!
"How to Rome" 😯😍
LOVE your puns Christian!!!!!!
😛
@@lostleblanc the best
Yup. Went there. Did that.
