Girls, I purchased this jacket recently and it looks gorgeous. The quality of the leather is one of the best, very soft and nice. The design is also awesome. But please be aware of the sizes. I m a small woman, I m barely 1,63 cm and 48 kg, my waist is around 58 cm.
I had to order another size 10 ( 38 or M) instead of 8 ( 36 or S). Usually I am an Xs and S.... I had to send back the size 8 because it was so tight that I couldn t move comfy. And I just tried it with a tshirt...
I prefer the Dalby, I think it’s more versatile than the moto jacket. Both are beautiful and look great on you.

The little straps on the shoulders are called epaulets. Thank you for the comparison video, I wish I had seen it before I bought the Balfern. The belt ended up annoying me. You look great in both of your jackets!
I have a few Dalby jackets which I love, soft leather, fit well. I just purchased a Balfern and the leather is much thinner, it fits well but not as warm or sturdy. I much prefer the Dalbys.

I bought a Allsaints black leather biker jacket in a Xsmall over 10 years ago and still in great condition and fits nicely but wish they made a biker jacket in XXsmall as im very slim and the arms are slightly too wide and chest wise but length and and waist size is perfect also the leather is very luxurious and people ask where i bought mine because of the style of mine is not a basic black leather biker jacket. Has detail on both shoulders. Allsaints do make very stylish and luxurious leather garments 👌 🖤. And i would love to buy there black leather jeans they recently now sell. Your black leather biker jacket looks very nice 😍 on you.

I think it is good to point out that the newer version of the balfern, the belt is removable which makes it more versatile. That beings said, I still like the look of the Dalby better. I think it goes better with my style and I like that it has lesser embellishments.
The new Balfern that I tried does not have a removable belt, but I agree, I lean toward the simplicity of the Dalby!
@@tawnyalessandra ah that is interesting! I just ordered a Balfern with gold hardware this week and the belt is definitely removable. I was really having a hard time choosing between the two because of that, but the extra zipper in front on the balfern had me deciding against it and I went with the Dalby with gold hardware too.

I'm in the market right now and I'm trying to decide between these two models because I want one in deep Berry and one in black but I'm having a hard time wondering about how much stretch there will be or form fitting after it stretches. I tried a size 2 and it fits pretty snug. I'm usually a 0 or a 2 but after watching a lot of videos I can't determine whether or not I should stick with the 2 so I ordered two more that should be ready to pick up tomorrow. The one I have is the Balfern but the ones I'm picking up tomorrow are a Balfern and a Dalby in size 4 also. All the reviews I watched today are from people in the UK and they're talking about sizing up one or two sizes which I thought was odd specially if it's going to stretch but they're also in climate that will want to wear a lot of thick sweaters underneath I'm in Southern California so that won't be happening here LOL... I'm 5'2" 105 lbs and sleeves are perfect length on the size 2.
Have you tried on the 2 jackets in size 4? I’m 5”, 103lbs, and also having a hard time to decide between sz 2 and 4 for the Dalby, hope you can help me with some more insights 😊
@@phuonganhnguyen7036 well my next problem after size was that each one of these that I picked up from Nordstrom had little scratches and gouges in them and weird stains... so, so far I've purchased three and I have one thats still coming that I have to pick up when it's ready, but between the 2 and the 4, I decided to stick with the 4. I just think it looked the best I don't want to rely on stretching from a 2 and if by some chance I do ever want to put something slightly thicker on underneath, I would have the option. Ultimately, I think the 4 fits the best. By the way, the thing that nailed the final decision to keep the 4 was when I crossed my arms like a genie and then pulled them towards each other to really stretch my back out and in the shoulders, and I said no way, the 4 is perfect.
@@phuonganhnguyen7036 PS, these jackets looked perfect when I received them and open them up in my bedroom lighting but I took them outside in the sunshine and that's when I saw the scratches and little pit marks and the weird stains so be sure you look at it in bright sunlight outside before you decide to keep the item. These were the deep berry color... I bought one of the Caden styles in black and that one looked fine but I'm still waiting because between the sizes in the Caden style I think I'm going to want the 2 instead of the 4...it's a different cut/style slightly more bulky in the center.

What fabric is the inner lining? Cause if i remember correctly it was made out of poyester😮 for that price it should be viscose or some natural fiber 😄
