on your 56ss hand i think your bet is fine, because you are reprensenting AA, KK, etc but your flop sizing should be $60-$80, so you can control pot size. you cant bet willy nilly on a 854 flop as you 3 bet 56 this time but most times, you wont have it 👍
55 is a fold imo. He's not jamming AA or KK but he's likely jamming 66-JJ and a bunch of broadways that your flipping with. If I were in his shoes with 5 or 6 players behind I'd probably jam 77 or 88+. If I were in the blinds I'd start considering the lower pairs if everyone folded. Luckily you ran into one of the hands your flipping with.
