That tidal wave pressure is insane, especially when your opponent is at normal jump height. They're forced to eat tidal waves all the way down to the ground.

Ruby Heart deserves not to be slept upon in terms of ability. She's one of my most used characters.
Ruby heart can be a great source of joy when you get the opponent locked down :) Doom rocks assist was my usual go-to, but sakura DP assist worked as a low-tier ghetto option...

Chip damage is such a cool mechanic. You basically have access to a execute if you're willing to spend a bar or two.

Hey Justin if you dhc ruby's ghost super as soon as she busts out the treasure box you'll be able to move around afterwards with storm if you dhc into hailstorm. So say for example like how you did at the end of this video when they come in you can do the super dhc right when it comes out and successfully mix them up when they come out

As much as I love ruby heart she’s stiff as hell. Her assists are meh and you really gotta know how to use her fireball to do damage with her.
Ruby Hart is really good. I run her with Sabertooth and Jin.
For the love of all that is good, the types are labelled after the Greek numerical system:
A is Alpha, B is Beta, and Y is Gamma.

Back in the day, I just didn't like Ruby Heart's aesthetic or how difficult her one super was to do. But now, reflecting upon the game from years later, I can see now how Ruby Heart was a pretty cool and potentially fun character. She may not be god-tier like certain other characters but she's definitely in the top half of the cast. There's just so much she can do. I wish I could find a good version of MvC2 fully unlocked on PC, it would be fun to revisit. Thanks for the video!

When the game was new everyone thought Ruby sucked but she is now one of my most picked. Get in a low kick or see a heavy whiff? Super fireball starts up instantly and, on contact, chains into Everything. You ever DHC into War Machine and see every single missile hit? It hurts.
i just got mvc 2 for the dreamcast. where did you get your fighsticks for the dreamcast, and what brand do you use for dreamcast? ive been searching but so far have had no luck. thank you for your time and consideration.
He plays on PC, i think he uses fightcade like i do to play online.
As far as Ik you would need an actual dreamcast fight stick which could run you a nice amount depending on what the seller is asking for. If you don’t mind using a controller there are actual dreamcast controllers you can find on Amazon that have a more modern design.

hey i found a way around this issue by using a joystick converter and a universal fightstick. i couldnt get it to work at first, but it's working now. but thank y'all for the info.
