Thank you Hannah for all the tips. Sometimes I feel bad that I cannot lift my legs really straight. I trust that the modifications you showed are as effective if done properly. Also the exercises when lying on my stomach are very challenging as I can only lift the legs few inches from the mat but I’m working on it and hope it will get better as days pass by. Thank you for your dedication to us, you’re truly an inspiration.
Lots of time it depends on our bone and body structure and not because if we are strong enough. So please don’t feel bad if you can’t do something. I also can not do lots of things but as long as we can do modifications to achieve the goal of the workout (to target some specific muscles and get stronger), it is fine. I had been waiting for this.! Some days I can keep my legs straightened easily. But on other days, it's hard. Lying on the back and Keeping my lower back stuck to the mat while straightening the legs is difficult still.!

@@aksheeta996 to date, for me it really improved my posture to keep my back in neutral position and also keep my legs up straightened :) just keep trying! cheers!

Actually my legs are like this whenever i try to do leg drops like i can't straighten it more and i hate it my mom my is 48 years old and she can't do leg drops with in perfect and straight position is there a way to fix this?

I wish i would , but my mom said her legs were the same until she started hit the gym so i will start working out and she said running really helps i hope it helps keep it !@@brows.

This was not helpful at all. You basically said bend your knees and dont lift as high. Well what fo you think ive been doing since i cant straighten my legs and lift high?
I believe learning to accept and work with our body limitation will help us to improve your mobility and strength in a safe and sustainable way.
@@MovingMangoPilates that's fair. But how can we improve if we don't go outside of our comfort zone and stretch some of the fascia that has limited our mobility?
I’ve never said you shouldn’t try at all. If you have been working out with me, you would know I encourage everyone to try a little more each time during the workouts and still listening to their body. As you workout at home, you will be the one who knows your body limit and the one who makes that judgement, to decide if you should go forward or not.
And it’s not always just about mobility.
I feel like I'm the only gay guy who watches yoga videos like this so I can increase my flexibility
