Her effortless technique is really interesting, not sure how much of that is down to a very good set up but whatever way it's so "economical". Her feel and way she travels around the strings is lovely and the sound even through a phone video sounds punchy but not overdone. Well impressed. The guy was superb too but I think between the lady's huge talent, fantastic dress sense and gorgeous bass he lost out in this video which is a bit of a shame because he is clearly an incredibly talented player. More so than I, for starters. I'd like to see more of both players individually, after many years off playing I'm back on 4 strings again and these players are so inspiring.

Once you got the Funk in you, you gotta let it out. Trust me, when you yourself play something and go, "O M G, that's funky!", it's worth all the practice time to get there. Like a runners' high or whatever I guess. Feeling the Funk flow through you and out into the world on your bass is an amazing thing.
She is alright but her wrist is so bent that she looks like she might break a tendon. A lot of bassists/guitarists bend their wrists and have improper technique but she keeps bending it both ways. I fucked my wrist from playing wrong and it isn't nice.
