I’m 13 and I scored 40-55… It’s mainly because even though I’m quite young, I’ve gone through many experiences and made many mistakes, but also learned from them to help me grow as a person. You should surround yourself with likeminded people who think logically and strategically instead of people who are constantly in the moment and not thinking about their future. Be proud of who you are.

Same here but I was feeling like my peer group mentaliy is different from mine since I was 15 but later I found out that my friends haven't grown matured mentality yet compared to me I have done some Google search and found out that environment where you live and how you live affect your mentality and make you grow and later found friends that have same mentality as mine but sadly they are some what older than me but not much iam happy that there is a person out there who is feeling same as me stay safe and stay happy bye😊 oh and iam 17 too turning 18 in 2 months

I’m 17 and got 40. I have half ‘A’s and half ‘B’s. This is so accurate! I’m the mom of my friend group. I can also totally act like a 5 year old sometimes though, but I tend to act more mature than my peers. This quiz was super fun.

Ok, this is INSANE. I got 5 As, 4 Bs and 1 C. Using the average age of each group (for instance 47.5 for the 40-55 group), this leads to a psychological age of (5*47.5 + 4*30 + 1*15) / 10 = 37.25, so 37 and 3 months. My real (physical) age is 37 years, 3 months and 23 days 😅😅😅
I tried this test, and while I'm in my teens, My mental age is 40-55 years old, which honestly came to me as a shock, despite acknowledging the fact I'm more mature than most people around my age!

I’m a middle-schooler who got 40-55 years-old, I believe it’s actually true! I’ve always tried to act as mature as possible and resolve problems independently by what I’ve learnt on maintaining a peaceful relationship with another person. This was incredibly accurate, thank you-Psych2Go!
its not always mature to do things independently. it good to ask others for help, but its also important to not annoy them by asking too many times

I’m 14 and I got 40-55. We actually discussed this with my grandma today and we both agreed. At school I often feel like I’m in the wrong place when literal 14-year-olds start drinking and smoking. They don’t realize how much it’ll affect their lives. Yesterday they threw a huge party while I was at home baking bread for my best friend😂

Interesting. I got 8 A's and 2 B's, though 2 of the A's could arguably be B's. Even as a child, I was often called an "old soul" and "wise beyond my years" by even the elderly. Around age 20, one particularly elderly individual stated I was wide beyond his years. I feel the results are relatively accurate as I've always needed to play the part of the responsible adult, since even the adults in my life failed to adhere to such standards. I am curious as to how I developed into something for which I had no example to follow. I simply saw what I did not want to be and acted in a way that I felt would be best for the most people. Perhaps old soul is misleading and pragmatic soul may be more apt.
I got 50/50 same number of As and Bs, tho one of the questions were questionable and I prob would have chose A. I think it’s pretty accurate, I like to think a lot and I love to learn and help others and I love to teach, I’ve always found that wisdom is 1 requirement someone should have, so I’ve studied a lot on the matter, anytime I’m asked a question I think back on past experiences and whenever I’m working I try to conserve my energy and think about better ways to get the work done, and I’m honestly made fun of it and called lazy, but people greatly misunderstand

Your result will probably be much different if you take the test again in ten years. Our life experiences can changed us considerably, and you’ve many ahead of you at that age. I am 29 and got 5 A’s and 5 B’s. I’d say I’d have at least four C’s ten years ago.

Wow. I’m pretty surprised by the results. I never thought my mental age is around 40s, even though I’m way younger than that. No wonder it always felt weird and it was hard for me to communicate with some people around my age. Very well! Now I know why 😅

26, but got 40-55. That tracks, even when I was a teenager I tended to feel mature for my age, and tended to come up as such when taking quizzes like this back then.

I’m 21 and got 40-55; makes sense based on past experience, even as a really young kid I was able to talk to adults pretty well.
One nitpick tho- if you won the lottery the real correct answer is not to shove it in savings, but rather put a bunch in some etf/mutual funds for low risk growth. With that kind of money small percentage gains are pretty significant and you can take your gains as a salary of sorts, so that you won’t run out of money. Personally I’d probably start some sort of passion project(s), though idk exactly what that would entail; maybe something with my music or doing crazy CZcams ideas or whatever

I got almost all As (8 As and 2 Bs)! That would be good except for the fact that I am literally 12. I always made jokes about being old because after I turned 9-10, I stopped asking for gifts because I didn't really want anything. But ummmm, apparently I am very old on the inside
I'd also move countries first to make it harder for people to find me and steal from me, after that you can do whatever you want, if you wanna do what's smartest then you'd build up your skills and create a business out of it.

With my results, I scored A.=3 B.=4 C.=2. But some of the questions were easily a mix of all three. As for my mental age, there are times when it varies. Times where I want to have fun and explore like a kid, some that I don't know where to with my choices, and times where I know I'm smarter than my years. Sometimes, it ends up being a mix of all three, but it is a rare acurence.

In my teens and got 40-55 and I would agree on that quite a bit, I listen to old music and do hands on hobbies including: playing guitar, knitting, Crochet, Painting and gardening. I do know that people who got 11-20 might do these things too but that's what I'm thinking haha.

Something really funny is that I answered mostly A's and C's. And I get that. Sometimes, I act very young and silly, and other times, I'm trying to mediate an argument between my friends, or thinking beyond my age. It's interesting because that part of my personality is opposite!

Hey, I know it can be really hard because it's hard to imagine how anything would even get done or anything without you, but please take breaks from acting older. It can be really mentally draining, which can end up affecting you physically. I am always told I'm so mature for my age and everything, when all I should be doing is living my life as a younger person. I don't know if there's any sort of situations going on where you're the only person who actually acts like an adult and you're more mature than the actual adults but please know that you don't have to be the adult in these situations 24/7. It's okay to not know what to do, and it's okay to act your age because when you grow up, you'll have spent so much time trying to act older that you'll probably end up acting younger than you are in future years. Take it easy, and you can talk if you want :)
It is, but keep it up. It'll sow benefits later in life (im 28) -- in your 20s people will come to respect your view on life and many will come to you for advice or an ear, as maturity seems to come w/well-roundedness and we therefore can produce empathy more often 🤷♀️ at least thats my experience.
Point is, it'll cause others to like you later in your 20s, when people mature and come to respect wiseness more :) it's worth it! But do take breaks, as the person above said. Its all in moderation, and too much of any one thing is never good! Let yourself be childish sometimes, as a break.

Yeah I do know how you fell when I was in my preteens even before that I was watching my two year younger sister when my parents went out then I got a new baby brother when I was 10 so ended up like a third parent to them and watched them a lot it could be pretty tiring but when my little brother started liking me more then mom I laughed really hard and was actually pretty happy. Don’t get me wrong my parents were awesome they just fought a lot and my dad had a bad habit of staying up till 6 so he would wake up at about 3 everyday and my mom was at work sooooo oof big big oof. But something’s that helped were joining clubs and doing other habits. As weird as it sounds I started Square dancing as a fun way to get out of the house. Don’t worry it gets better when you get a little older. And remember if you get to stressed go for a walk or tell you parents it’s getting to much and just chill in your room or talk with friends. (Yikes this ended up much longer then I was guessing 😅 oops)
I was almost evenly split between A and B, with one extra for B. Growing up, I was always viewed as a little adult, but now that I'm in my 30s I feel I've grown into my mental/emotional age. Being a perfectionist means I always took life quite seriously. It's only recently that I've tried exploring more of my childlike self again, and it's been very good for me!

This was the most difficult "quiz" I ever attempted to take, where most every question had multiple appropriate answers, if not a little of every answer seemed fitting for one question. Most of the questions I wanted to answer all of the above, before deciding to just give up.

I'm 13 at the moment, and my results were a tie between The A's and C's, it makes sense and it's understandable because most of the time, i can learn take things seriously, and act mature most of the time, although mostly i could get childish and make a big deal out of something so trivial.
I got equal B's and A's with only 2 C's. So i guess i swing either way. And thats probably the most logical thing. Realistically the way mental age is stated in this atleast in my experience is very inaccurate. Mental age changes as you grow up based on your experiences. Usually based on larger possibly life changing events in your life. But its not like every single way you react in any circumstance will exactly conform to one age range. As your experiences will never change the way you do EVERYTHING but rather how you react or take action when it comes to certain topics or situations.

Many people actually think that people below the age of 14 are "children", and as this video said that it doesn't matter what their physical age is, and we need to focus more on their mental age to get to know them..... Alot of children know more than people in their 20s...information about both education and grown-up stuff😂....and we need to realize that children can make decisions, understand others feelings and find solutions to problems.....They're MORE responsible tbh.... Coming from a 13 year old😉

Well, I got 5 As, 4 Bs, and one C, too evenly split to just say "40-55," 55 apparently being the age at which all development stops. Maybe those results combine to 30-something. It reminds me of something I used to say, which was that chronologically I was in my 60s, physically in my 70s, and mentally about 27, an age when you're old enough to know better and still young enough to sometimes not care.
I got more Bs (20-40yo) and yeah, I agree. I always felt like a bit older mentally. Even though, my answers were pretty close, I got 3 As, 4 Bs, and 3 Cs, I'm delighted I got a middle age option from the given ones.❤️

I'm 40 yrs old, but I feel I had been mentally and emotionally stuck at a younger since my parents deaths in my youth and now only finally growing in my maturity.
I got 10-20 but I believe that I’m a lot more mature than that. I think it has to do on the context and the scenarios, for example the first one: did the mistake hurt someone? Was it mean? Was it as simple as spilling a cup of water? The context is important.
I got mostly A's. I'm 22 but I've always felt like if I lived twice as much, so I agree with my results. Pretty fun test!
I scored 8 a's, and answered as quickly as the questions demanded. These were great questions, very targeted! I am apparently between 40 and 55, but chronologically 58! I do adore the Psych2go platform, it has helped with my isolation/pandemic effect. This keeps me attuned to my interior and exterior self. I’m 11 and I got 40-55, I sometimes use bigger words or different types of more grown-up statements in front of people my age and sometimes I have to break it down for them, I feel weird about it but I guess people just have their own mind. But sometimes I am 40-55 and sometimes I’m 20-10 :) I switch over and over through different mental states but most of the time I’m more grown-up than the other kids around me.
While i was watching the video i was like how i'd be able to remember all these things at the end i forgot them all and now i've to start it over again .
I’m 15 and got exactly 5 a’s and 5 b’s, so I’m anywhere from 20-55 I guess;) I expected mostly the older one, but honestly, I’m definitely a really wide range of maturity and personality traits! Thank you so much for these insightful videos!!!!
