It’s really great to hear your Aunt is improving quite well!!! I’m a retired RN. Worked at rehabilitation hospital many years.
I’m thankful that’s she’s doing ok. We’ve and she has still a bit of a journey until she gets home as we have to wait until a package of care gets into place at home. But we’re getting there!
Self care seems to take a back seat sometimes. I am trying to do better also. ❤ happy to hear your Auntie is doing better.

Have fun with your new Pogonip, I do like that color ☺ Boxes under the sewing table..... under my sewing table I've got this huge pack-and-play (portable playpen/bed) which was retired because one of the parts was broken. It's there for the express purpose of keeping my foot pedals from sliding all the way to the wall. 😜😆

Wonderful! I’ve get to try out the merchant and mills gig coat pattern or the free closet core one. But I’m interested to test it as I’ve got some nice tartan oil cloth to use for them!
I remember you walking with your dog in the Memorial Woods. Wise to wear your rain gear. It appeared to quite wet after rains.
Ha ha only if it’s really rainy - mind you if I know it’s going to be muddy, we plan to avoid certain routes/ areas 😂
I've been playing a lot with color in my hair since last summer or so. Look into something like peekaboo highlights. My stylist just adds little areas of color through my hair (we've been using three colors.. currently, I have dark purple, dark purply pink, and a med-dark blue... and it just weaves through the rest of my hair. The part I like is that roots don't really show the same way all over color does. It looks kind of natural, as much as such non-natural hair colors can, especially when it starts to fade just a bit.
I just bought some waffle knit, because it was on a big sale, with no plans at all for it, because I haven't sewn knits yet, and thought it would be could to tuck into my stash for practice eventually. The color I have looks a lot like your apricot color.
Hope your wrist starts feeling better soon. My husband's been wearing a brace for a while now trying to get his to heal up a bit.
Oh I’ll be probably going for some caramel highlights which is the usual! I don’t stray much these days!
The only thing is that I should of bought some knit cuffing to go with it 🙃
Wrist is ok, some days are worse than others but it’s been getting worse at the moment.
I had written thru multiple papers with carbons. In past. So had right wrist carpal tunnel fixed. Still good today. In fall 2020. Left wrist killing me. So had surgery again …. Thank heaven. Still doing well
@@SEWDOITEMMA I didn't start playing with colors until a few years ago. I'm in my 50s... never did fun stuff with my hair when I was younger, so making up for lost time now. 🙂Caramel highlights are lovely, too.
