  • This is The BEST BREAKFAST For Brits in TENERIFE and Here's Why...
    The Full English Breakfast is a Great British Tradition, Eggs, Bacon, Beans, Tomatoes Sausages, Hash Browns, Bubble, Mushrooms, Fried Bread, Black Pudding, we all have our favourite elements some more controversial than others. However, I add an ingredient to my Fry up that is more controversial than any other! See if you agree.

    The last thing I want on holiday is a fry up. Tend to stick to the countrys traditional foods. Can eat these heart attack on a plate any time at home.

    Proper English Breakfast HAS to include 2 bacon, 2 sausage, fried tomato, beans, fried egg, mushrooms, fried bread and black pudding minimum.

    • @Kurt293
      @Kurt293 Před 2 lety

      Why black pudding? It’s Scottish and isn’t a staple of an English breakfast. Also fried tomato? I grow weary of the laziness in places these days, why open a tin of tomatoes (which imo is what should be on a full English) when we can just grill half a full tomato and shove it on the plate. No sorry not for me.

    • @rayquirk4947
      @rayquirk4947 Před 2 lety +1

      @@Kurt293 it certainly isn’t Scottish (first mentioned by Homer in 800 BC). It is a staple of a true Northern England breakfast and there are festivals for it. Tinned tomatoes should be reserved for putting into other lazily made dishes such as bolognese sauce.

      @@rayquirk4947 thank you for enlightening me I didn’t know about the black pudding, never been a fan maybe it’s white pudding I’m thinking of that’s Scottish. I have to say it all looked really good...i will give it 8/10 just coz if its a full english theres gotta be fried bread and black pudding ..if that was on the plate it wouldve got a 10.

    Lager for breakfast??!!!! I don't think so, not even on holiday. It just doesn't go! Tea in a pot, with milk first absolutely yes; just hold the pint! After all, the sun is not over the yard arm at breakfast time. I'd have a pint at lunch with my fish and chips though. Last word I have is; there is room for evolution of the full english to include a hash brown. That definitely fits. As always, your vlogs are super entertaining. I look forward to watching them every day. See you on the next one!!

    Looked very nice… but surely you need 2 sausages on a full English breakfast?
