Thanks for the feedback. This particular bike had just had a big end bearing failure, and when the crankshaft was locking up, the owner most likely attempted starting it multiple times which lead to it's early demise.
@@madsoothsayer glad you found it useful! If it's occasionally freewheeling, that's your cue to start ordering parts. That's your only way to start the bike. You don't want to lose that feature, unless you really enjoy pop starting it all the time.

@@noinstaphil That makes sense then. I change my oil very often hopefully I'll avoid any issues.
Great video. My 22 450FX will occasionally free spin when cold, but starts every time when warm. Should I replace now or wait?@@noinstaphil

I just had this issue with mine.
My machanic said he'd just order the internal springs as cog wheels look fine. Hope this saves someone abit of money
