Albert Einstein said "The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift." Doesn’t that seem a bit strange coming from one of the most brilliant minds of our time? That he believes our intuition is the sacred gift and not our rational mind?
This logic vs intuition is something I have battled with for years. I have been on both sides of the extreme- favoring only my feelings and intuition the whole “feelings over facts” and then more recently trusting only my logical mind as a rational atheist. But in the last month or two I learned about a way to scientifically make your intuition more reliable- That is flow state.
