VisualStudio + Kubernetes: Minikube, Helm and Draft

Quick demo showing how to use Visual Studio 2017 with the VSKubernetes extension to:
1) Deploy Minikube locally with one click
2) Create a .Net Core application and add Kubernetets support (draft create)
3) Deploy the application the the Kubernetes cluster (draft up)
4) Connect and debug the application within Visual Studio, leveraging draft connect and the vscode debugger

hi , why dont we see these option in VS , i tried to find various extension , but no go , can you help me which extension it is and how to get it for VS 2017 / VS code ?
