Drugs aren't doing it. The poor education about their Extreme risks are. Understand that without the poppy (heroin) we wouldn't have the more effective medicine that we synthesized from it. That being said opioid medication isn't only over prescribed in some cases it is also under prescribed in others leading to heroin use or excessive alcohol consumption (on both ends of that spectrum). There are no bad drugs just bad circumstances in which they are used. Note: I don't condone or condemn anyone for their choice on treatment but urge education☆ harm reduction practices would be a good start. Maybe we could stop abusing people who are already abusing themselves with drugs. Even if the act is criminal that they are tried for the problem itself Isn't criminal. I wish there was a little more emotional intelligence in general. Wow kind of a rant. Sorry. rest in peace Bobby K. I'm still trying to make the difference you left us (your friends and family) to do. But hopefully we'll be together soon. I really hope heaven has a skate park.

They chose to do the drugs in the first place but we are supposed to cater to them? I got mad respect for those who pull themselves up and get clean, but I have no sympathy for junkies. I grew up in Ohio and saw first hand. I grew up in an area that was full of drug users, I never understood why anyone would want to do something like heroin when you can smoke a blunt and still function. Lol I'm guessing they can't show it because Narcan is considered a drug & CZcams is weird & strict about videos showing certain things like that. 🤷‍♀️ Who knows, though. But those were clearly not his dying breaths if the guy stood up & walked away at the end of the video. He's lucky he got help when he did. They share these videos as a PSA for people to see how bad it can get if you're stupid enough to mess with that kind of stuff & to see how important it is to get help fast if you ever see someone ODing. Its a pretty bad situation over here. More ppl die from overdoses than car crashes and covid combined. Its an epidemic thats gotten way out of control. Its reached its claws in every major city in America. Up north its worse Because of the fentanyl. Its 100 times stronger and even harder to kick. The withdrawals last way longer than from heroin. So it just compounds the epidemic even more in the MidWest and NorthEast.
Only way to end this shit is to decriminalize and regulate this shit. Treat it like methadone where they have to go to a clinic. Itll decrease the overall demand and also decrease new users. If you can only get it through the Gov and you have to be an addict to get the help. Itll prevent new users and slowly but surely get the access to it off the streets altogether. Look what happened once Cannabis became legal in many states. The cartels lost millions and now days you rarely even see Mexican brick weed called swag. The cartels then had to step up their production of hard drugs like meth, cocaine and heroin.
Its all simple supply and demand economics and the demand will always be there. The U.S. is basically divided in territories for these cartels. West of the Mississippi river is mainly Columbian territory where all the type 3 & 4 powder dope is at. You'd think these cartels would be pissed that ppl are cutting their product with fentanyl. It essentially effects their profits. They are saying the cartels are cutting it with fentanyl. Maybe some do but not all. West of the Mississippi is all controlled by Mexican cartels. Its all mainly black tar heroin. You rarely see the crap they have up north. But it comes around especially in my city due to its logistic geographic location as a major hub for drug trafficking.
Just think of how many poppy fields they have growing over there in order to supply every major U.S. city. Its staggering the amount thats being produced and its a year round crop too. No one is immune to opiate/opioid addiction. Some ppl get hooked from being over prescribed and a few pharmaceutical companies have been targeted and investigated for purposely getting doctors to prescribe their drugs. One in particular was bribing doctors and giving their sales reps huge bonuses for getting doctors to exclusively prescribe their product. Theyd get even larger bonuses if they could get these doctors to increase their patients doses. They were prescribing lethal doses. There was even this judge in Arizona that got addicted to their sublingual fentanyl they were pushing. She was having her doctor give her all the samples he threw away and would collect for her. She'd scrape all the fentanyl out of these samples and inject iv the fentanyl. She unfortunately overdosed and passed away. Whats ironic is she also was likely sentencing addicts 2-10yrs in prison for being addicted to the same shit she was addicted to essentially. Theres a really good documentary about this on Netflix.
So addiction has no prejudices whatsoever, it can and will grab ahold of anyone who tempts their fate by using. Its like playing with fire, but our government is doing nothing to put this fire out. They make way too much money. Another good documentary to watch is on here in CZcams. Its called the history of heroin. It goes inti great detail about the wars that were behind opium. Then it traced how many of the guerrilla militia's the U.S. Gov backed to combat communism all were in the heroin trade. Not only did our Gov let them continue to produce heroin in the Golden Triangle but they also profited from it. By smuggling it into many European countries as well as the U.S. itself. They also happily sold weapons and armory to these militias that they purchased with the profits they made producing heroin. Same shit went down in South America when the U.S. backed many proxy wars in the name of democracy to stop communism at all costs. So they let them produce and traffic cocaine with impunity for awhile until they were dome with them. Then the war on drugs became another cat and mouse ploy. So the Gov could play the good guy and advocate that drugs are bad. As they gladly seized up drug kinpins land and property. All while still allowing the shit to be brought in. But by then the trade routes for drug trafficking were already created. Then just think wwhats going on in Afghanistan. Its not a coincidence that they became the worlds number 1 producer of heroin for awhile. It was that countries largest export and the poor farmers had no choice but to switch their crops from growing food, to growing poppies. Pre Sept 11th poppy production in Afghanistan was just about non existent as it was outlawed by the taliban. The very group that our Gov trained to fight the Russians ina proxy war. Were now using the skills taught to them against the ones that trained them. After 9-11 poppy production started to grow at a staggering rate. It soon became the only crop grown period in that country.
The heroin was and has always been used as a means to an end. Which was to finance wars, this goes back to the 1800s when the British fought China in whats known as the Opium wars. The Chinese Emperor wanted the colonist out and to stop importing opium from India. He even went as far as Duerte in the Philippines who created death squads to kill every junkie and drug dealer on sight. Their issue is with methamphetamine but you catch my drift.
The British Gov didnt like that and fought the Chinese which they won and were allowed to keep Hong Kong a colony. That ultimately would be the number 1 city of the world to traffic heroin. The British were allowed to continue selling and taxing the opium by purposely creating addicts. But once Bayer a German Pharmaceutical company created heroin as a withdrawal cure for morphine it was over. They had to damn well know that heroin was even more addicting tham morphine. After all its metabolized as dicetylmorphine which crosses the brain blood barrier even faster than the morphine. Its messed up but you can definitely connect the dots I highly suggest watching that documentary The History of Heroin to gain a scope in how complicit the world Governments are in heroin trafficking.

They knew he had a history with this stuff, but when he tried to get on the right track life threw him a curve ball. They called for help, alot of others don't, and just dump the body somewhere. Can't really blame them for being nonchalant, more than likely they were internally saying "Fuck man, you really got to do this on my doorstep? After everything we have done for you." • @510Redneck

@@rabd3721 No they are. All across the U.S. people are being saved by Narcan daily and has done so since the 70's though more widely used today in the streets. Lives save by Narcan goes beyond under reported while covid goes over reported.... both deliberately.
So to answer your question: "Are you just making numbers up?".... No they are, I didn't place no numbers upon it.... just use your own common sense and you would know millions upon millions have been saved by Narcan over the course of its existence.
If you're triggered by a assumption that I'm here saying covid doesn't exist then chill your tits because I'm in no way saying such.... yes people die from the shit, better now?
Your "27,000 lives" was a underreported report from one year (2019) not all the years that it has been used saving lives... yet you post the *total* over reported number since 2019 for covid. That makes no sense as well. Since we are here: Has anyone ever died from the Narcan jab? Tons certainly have from the covid jab (a also under reported number).
Regardless none of that is the point..... the point was they don't give a shit if covid shots are shown, in fact they push it to be shown themselves, yet other life saving jabs have to be censored. "rules for thee but not for me" is the point... the rule in general being dumb is the point... regardless if its a Covid shot or a Narcan shot (or any other potentially life saving shot) being administered you shouldn't have too.. one life saving jab having to be censored while the other is promoted to the highest level is ridiculous. I don't know of any other shot that CZcams itself promotes in such a way or else I would of mentioned it as well.

Poor guy. It's so painful to watch someone do this to themselves. I almost can't imagine that I used to be someone who'd get high just to escape from all the misery. Luckily I never took it this far...
An old friend of mine used to be addicted to amfetamines like me, until he had a heart attack... Also very painful to watch. A man with a heart of gold who could barely talk because of how much he damaged his brain. He survived, and yet couldn't stay clean. He started using other substances that at least wouldn't damage his heart. He inspired me to get clean, because I didn't wanna be in that mess. He made me realize what I was doing to myself. But in order to stay clean I had to leave him behind... I hope he's doing better now.
I wish all the best to Marty. I bet he's also a man who's too good for this world, always putting others before himself... It's typical... I hope he can turn this around and give himself the chance to recover.
I believe I've been clean for 4 years now and it's getting easier every day. There are still moments when I feel cravings, but those have become very rare and easy to ignore. I'm doing well. Moved to the city, Made new friends (friends that inspire me to do better), found a Job I love... and at no moment I am afraid to make the same mistake again, because I won't. It feels freeing, like I can finally start my life. And I hope to inspire others to fight for that same goal. Live the life you wanna live, be the person you wanna be. And don't get discouraged, baby steps... take the time you need, you'll get there if you want it enough.

Me and a friend of mine was just standing infront of it (i live in a capital city) minding our business, eating a Kebap when a window kinda exploded and all the shards were falling down on us. We looked up and saw the flames coming out of the room. I threw my meal away and without thinking i kicked the door in and almost broke my ankle but i litterally felt nothing so i sprinted the stair up and knocked the hell out of every door and yelled at the people to get the hell outa there because everything is starting to catch fire. After a few moments later a old lady opened the door and i grabbed her by her arms and lifted her up and carried her out. Maybe i was a little bit rough at the moment ^^" but hey she also made it out and was healthy. After all that intensive moments i was later surrounded by Firefighters and Police Officers and everyone wanted to know stuff from me and i just wasn´t able to talk. I just wanted to go away. Agreed. Where i live, i know a guy who has to be narcanned ever so often and the police here only save him because of the lawsuit that could occur if they refuse. Its obvious they dont desire to save him sadly. They treat the guy so awful and feel theyre so much better than him when the truth is, the addict will go to heaven before the cop who feels hes better than the addict, cus the addict KNOWS HE IS A SINNER, when many officials do not know they are sinners in Gods sight but think they are "good" ppl. Their hearts are so hardened and i get it, ive been on both sides of that fence. However, even addicts lives matter to Jesus and He loves them just the same as everyone else. He loved me so much tho i was a junkie, that He literally came to me in my sin and showed me my future if i didnt choose to stop using and make Him my everything instead of drugs. Scared the hell out of me literally and ive been clean ever since. Now Jesus is my drug of CHOICE. But my point here is, the people, even police and emts, need to repent just the same as addicts need to repent so that God can give them a new heart and new mind and end in heaven with God when we leave this world behind. This addict nearly died. I doubt he has repented n gave his life to Christ yet because he wouldnt have relapsed if he had so thank GOD FOR HIS GRACE AND MERCY to keep us alive so we may come to Him in spirit and in truth before it is too late and we end in hell burning because we loved everything here on earth except Jesus who died to save us from that hell fire for eternity. Our soul never dies. It will live in heaven or in hell when leaving this body. We ALLneed Jesus Christ in our heart n life before we leave this earth. He kept me alive tho i tried to od, so i wouldnt end in hell. Im eternally grateful. I ate a shole bottle of valium n prayed to the god i did not believe in to kill me so i could rest in peace but if id died i would have no rest day or night because my allegience was to drugs/satan and not to Jesus tho it was only cus i was very deceived n believed many lies as truth but God saved me and i pray God saves marty here and saves every police and emt in this video, whoever needs salvation, in Jesus name, amen.

This is so terrifying. My heart breaks for this man. The loss of parents is the hardest to go through. I struggled with addiction to the same dr*g, on an off through a 12yrs . I relapsed exactly 1yr and 4mo after my Dads passing. The year mark of his passing finally sunk in and hit me like a freight train because I had to remain strong for my Mom and 2 girls. I committed myself into a mental health hospital and rehab facility because it was and everything else was being laced with fent. Thankful that I have another 14mo clean. It makes me sad, yet grateful that emergeny crews have to carry Narcan. Addiction and overdoses have at minimum doubled since COVID hit

Did you hear the gf say “I don’t know” when the cop asked if he shot up? Did you hear them say they didn’t know he relapsed? Did you hear the man say he was fine at first and then start slurring his words 15 minutes later? Take it from an opiate addict (clean and sober 18 years) who has no beef with you, when you shoot heroin it hits you right away. When you snort heroin it takes about 1 to 3 minutes to hit you, not 15. These people were all full of shit trying to lessen the severity of this man’s addiction. Heroin is a physical addiction meaning that your body needs it to feel normal or you’ll go into severe withdrawal when you don’t have it. You have to dose about every 4 to 6 hours or you’ll go into withdrawal and take it from me, you’ll do ANYTHING to get it. Heroin addiction is impossible to hide from friends and family. They definitely knew more than what they were saying. I have no problem with you or your comments. I hope you learned a little from this one.

My son died of a meth/fentanyl overdose just this past July. I don’t know if it was a good thing I wasn’t physically there when he OD’d or if it would have been better to be there for his last breaths. I was there for his first Earthly breaths, but couldn’t help him at the end. Makes me feel so useless. He fought his demons for so many years. His father and I always told him we love him, but love wasn’t able to be the magic bullet to make him stop. No matter how many counselling sessions we went to, the detox centres he lived at or all of the conversations as to where he was heading, my husband and I just had to accept that if he refused to participate in his own healing, it wasn’t going to get done.

That is not true!! No one is against the police… but that doesn’t excuse the bias that is shown against certain races. And the reason why people can’t understand why black people don’t want to be killed for the same crime or non-crime that white people walk away from is because how the media portrays us. Police will literally arrest a mass murderer if he was white but kill a black 12 year old with a toy gun. Is this all police absolutely not but it is happening and I really wish people would stop blaming the victims for what is essentially a crime.

A few moments of joy, even if artificial, even if temporary, even if risky, is so precious when despair is all you feel otherwise. I'm sure there's other reasons people do this, but a lot of them do it for this reason.
