Yes there are many beautiful locations in Thailand but sometimes it is like being excited about the pearly white beautiful teeth on a dead putrid smelling stinking dog. You have to ignore all the hanging wires broken cement sidewalks falling apart dirty rotten buildings and trash between buildings. I'm so tired of blind optimism. The poverty is extreme "see it".
