Which one is the MCC cable which controls focus electronically? All I got in the combo package was 3x USB-C to USB-C cables and it doesn't work with them.

Why would you upgrade from RS3 3 Pro?

There's a new switch to change the joystick between gimbal movement and a zoom motor. You can swap between horizontal and vertical shooting easily with the new plate. 20% more torque in the motors.
In the real world these features are an improvement and worth the upgrade for some. For some users that use cameras and native lenses you can assign the focus motor to zoom/iris as you can focus those lenses without a motor and operate two things with one hand!
