"IF WE CAN DO IT, IT WOULD BE AN AMAZING STORY" | Rob Edwards On Luton's Wembley Date With Destiny

- Rob Edwards being at the helm of a Luton Town side on the cusp of the Premier League is just one fascinating aspect of one of the most-anticipated Play-Off Finals in years.
With players on the books that have been with the club since non-league and an historic ground that simply oozes football culture. Luton Town are a proper club, 90 minutes away from a first taste of top-flight football in over 30 years.
On the week of the Final, David Prutton sat down with the boss for a candid interview - a must-watch for all Hatters!

Good luck Luton Town from. SUNDERLAND fan❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️🤍❤️
Incredible run by Luton. Would be amazing to see them reach the premier league.
Cant believe we are off to Wembley it's going to be a great day hopefully for us
Interesting listen from a cov fan, seems like a decent guy and full of respect for cov and robins! Going to be a brilliant day Saturday, if we lose obv I’ll be gutted but I’ll be pleased it is Luton going! Love an underdog story and whichever team does it will be massive underdogs next season
I feel the same if we don’t win I’ll be really pleased for Coventry …two decent clubs that deserve a little success ..enjoy the game my friend.
👍 you are pure class! From a hatters fan
As fans its drilled into us from an early age this is your team etc whether that following ya families team or just go and watch your local side play or you watch the highlights and just love watching a certain player, or a certain kit catches ya eye we all have our reasons and stick with our teams......but if we chose teams based purely on their journies and their stories Luton and Coventry battled through so much adversity in recent yrs the side we follow could easily have been the other way round, and because of that there seems to a great mutual respect between the 2 sides be it fans, staff or players. Mpanzu with Luton going from non league to Prem with same club and being 1st player to do so......I think Mark Robins be 1st manager to do same albeit from League 2. Regardless of outcome those lucky enough to be at Wembley will see History written right in front of them. May the best side win and COYH!!!
Super hatters! Love you Robbie edwards !!!
Great interview, love Robbie Edwards
Fits our club like a glove.. even got his own badge
Robbie Edwards will go down in history as a Luton legend if he can take us to the promised land, Hes been amazing since joining us and is loved by all us fans. Spot on about Pelly too,no player deserves it more than him. COME ON YOU HATTERS !
I’m a Sunderland fan and have the utmost respect for this fella and the job he’s doing.
Comes across as a very nice man also.
Rob you are the most inspirational bloke in the whole of England and the world
Hats off to you Rob (pun intended), humble & respectful, it is a joy to listen to you. COYH!!! 😊🧡
What an amazing manager and so respectful of other teams. COYH 🎉
I'll always remember the passion he showed to us in the Kenilworth stand after his first home match against norwich on boxing day. that was when we all knew he had us
What a great guy he seems, no sense of arrogance or anything, just a nice bloke. As a Cov fan I hope they bottle it on Saturday but he gets my full respect regardless of what happens PUSB
Erudite, humble, tactically excellent - how on Earth did we manage to get this man to LTFC!? Suspect he’s destined for much bigger things, so we’ll just enjoy this part of the journey and pray for Saturday!
Great interview
This was fab good luck Luton see ya Saturday
COYH!
Rob Edwards is just class, his emotion after the game, he was more concerned about the welfare of Locks than winning promotion to the EFL.

We’ve got super Robbie Edwards. Big mistake Watford
Just missed out on a ticket. Devastated. I pressed the “Available” seat which was £76. Next thing I get a notification saying “Sold Out”.
Unlucky mate. If you head down to Wembley I'm certain that you'll get a ticket, loads of club wembley seats will be with the touts. Hopefully see you there x
@@Pilfry is that likely mate?
@@Pilfry I even thought about dressing in my luminous jacket and get “Wembley Steward” printed on it. But I’m too old and not physically well these days. When that “Sold Out” notification popped up I realised that it was one of those moments I’ll remember for the rest of my life. From jubilation one second to heartbreak the next. I had a ticket. I pressed on the dark blue “Available” seat. God knows what happened but I’m seriously gutted mate.
Get your arse down there fortune favours the brave good luck 👍
@@jamisbillson4872 keep your eye on the Outlaws forum next couple of day something may turn up. Good luck Jamie. COYH
League of 72 presents: Pat Sharp interviews Rob Edwards
Felt for Luton last season when they lost to Huddersfield. Two great managers who've worked wonders going head-to-head, but hope Edwards can take you all the way this time.
No one thought we would beat boro, no one is thinking we can beat Luton 😅😅😅
I’ve a feeling football’s coming home …to Luton
Egg on your faces Watford 😂😂😂😂😂😂 !!!
I'm going to sour everything by wondering out loud how much Rob Edwards gets paid a week.
Go for it Luton ... hope you get there as the premier league is too elite for the so called big clubs. I'm glad some of them will be getting relegated this year.
