Lang is setting under one of the best setters in women’s volleyball as her coach so I feel the semifinals and finals are proof that time and being coachable will make you even better and she played an amazing game. Igide, you’re just amazing and I would love if you opted for a covid year and play one more year haha, but girl go pro lol. Ikenaga, if only these teams saw how badass she was as an OH at Moanalua, Marrrry! Caylen, thank you for choosing Hawai’i! The rest of the girls, period, y’all did that!

Yeah Coach Robyn seemed more relaxed and happy than I've seen her in a while, maybe ever. I'm so happy for all the Wahine!! Seniors and newcomers and everyone in between. I really want them to do well in NCAA
UH played great, but you have to wonder if Long Beach ran out of gas a little having played 10 sets the previous 2 days vs UH's 3 sets. Still, epic win for UH. That's a good Long Beach team across the net.

I love seeing the head coaches Ah Mow & Hildebrand both amazing setters! Seeing their coaching influence in their setters. Hildebrand was one of my favorite setters of all time. I see his influence in Meyer, crafty and great hands. Ah Mows influence on Lang, clean setting and consistent. Great match.
Ps. The Long Beach crowd doesn’t do “goooooo beach” when they serve anymore? Lol

Mahalo for uploading this. Even though I saw it online. The thing I was most shocked about was the third game. Complete domination by the Wahine. One of the few times I've seen the Beach give up without a fight. Now if they can just take with them to Oregon when they face Iowa State, that same mentality and prep, I believe they can win against the Cyclones.
I hope they do well in the NCAA too. They've had some 5-setter wins this season, and I'm sure it must've made them stronger. Let's hope they're still peaking!

Wow both teams played so differently from their first game. Hawaii got dominated in a sweep then, now LBSU got crushed in a sweep. I fully expected either LB or UCSB to win the tournament and go to nationals based off their matches throughout the season. It was a shocker to see UCSB lose to LB. I’m glad Hawaii won but I wish the match was closer and not a complete blow out to make it more exciting. Congratulations.

Yeah I know. I was worried a few wks ago. And actually I really wanted to see them beat UCSB in the tournament, but this is as good as it gets in Big West. Amazing that they didn't lose a single set in this tournament. Really hope they do well at NCAA.

I was so nervous because LB and UCSB were pretty good and thought they’d dominate the tournament but Hawaii came on top and much stronger, both 🧹🧹🧹
