Bro when you're moving around in that dark box when you go past one of the chips you need to click when you pass it it will be slightly less dark than the background for a split second so if you move real fast don't look inside the circle look behind the circle as it's moving and when you go past one you'll see that it will be slightly less dark than the background. Don't pay attention looking inside the circle move the circle around and follow behind it and you'll see the chip after you move the circle pass it will be slightly less dark than the background

When you get inside you need to have someone at both power plants, blow them both at the same time and when it does you need to go back and do the black square find the chip hack and if you do all three things maybe that will unlock the door inside.

Ok this was the scene I rolled up on with my semi. Got jack knifed accross the lanes by a local. I got like 10 cars now stacked up in traffic while cops are investigating. Then hotshot cop tells me to leave the scene. I'm like dumb ass and pull away and watch 10 cars drive straight into the cops investigating causing even more chaos.
If everyone could do Omar a favor and report any giveaway profiles while he's away. I'm sure he'd appreciate it

If you can see the chips flicker no matter how fast you scan over it wouldn't it be easiest to divide the screen into a left haf and right half and basically swipe really fast left to right while also going down essentially scanning the entire left half then the right? If it flickers regardless, for as long as you have good frames you should just be able to see the chip blink in your peripheral. It would be faster if it works that way.
