Same here, my 3.5mm port is broken and I've been shopping for replacement USB speakers, not even realizing I could just use an adapter! Lots of money saved.
I was trying to use converter to be able to connect a microphone to a video camera that doesn't have an microphone input. Was hoping to plug USB into charging area on camera to adapt to microphone jack. Thought it might work, but the usb converter (listed here) is the male end.....and I need the female end for to plug into camera charging area. Didn't realize that until it just arrived. Is there a female converter and if so, Would it have worked? As you can tell I'm not super "techy"
@@KnowledgeSharingTech "Currently Unavailable" Also that is not the one you show on your video. This linked one results in a male 3.5, not a female output port.
Im so glad that i found this video. My audio ports are broken and i was searching for this kinda solution for a long time. Thank you sir.

Hello, it will not work on the camera. It works in Windows because it provides it with a driver.
Do you think this would work in a car as well? To transfer audio from a device using 3.5mm cable to a car stereo?
No, this will not work. What do you have as inputs for your car stereo?
@@KnowledgeSharingTechThanks for the Roku and I thought so. The only inputs I have are the USB A and C.
@@AnimeRick86Look for a hidden audio 3.5mm input, most cars have them
