No government built the UG hospital, it was through the government of the day (NDC) that the school was able to secure a loan from outside to build that hospital.

The loan for the construction of the Sawua Hospital was secured by the gentle giant H. E John Agyekum Kuffour. But your JDM left it and the sam9 is NPP AND will finish and commission it. Shame unto you.
