Great videos! Just built a coffee table for my apartment inspired by one of your videos. Now I can be poor AND have nice things. Thanks!
Exactly!! haha, I'd love to see a picture.
Any tips or suggestions of how to go about your builds with only simple tools on hand such as a power drill, circular saw, and a palm sander? I really like your builds but don't have nearly any of the tools that you have in all your videos. Great work on the builds and keep it up! Love the channel!
Less is more: those with little can do alot but you have to put your mind to work .basic tools can build just about anything, hand saw, tape measure, drill, hammer hand plane and square. The basics. practice building simple projects with the fewest tools and go from there.
AMEN. 😩it’s like wow yeah that’s great buuuut
I have some old full length mirrors that came out of an industrial site or somewhere like that, have hung on to them for so long don't really remember where I got them, but figured I could do something w/ them, as I make stain glass occasionally. Thank you, you just gave me great gift ideas for my daughter's.
sweet vid man - didn't expect another one this week but always entertaining to watch. cheers!
I'm pumping out the content haha!! Thanks man
There's something very satisfying in watching you build stuff - the simplicity and accuracy and attention to detail. Thanks Mike, great build!
Thanks a lot Gal!! I appreciate it man
Nifty! The natural look of the wood sweet.
I dig it, Mike! With 3 young kids this would give me heart palpatation in my house, but I like the look. Nice project for beginners without kids :)
No doubt! I'd definitely attach it to the wall somehow
Ok, I LOVE everything you're doing on here, ANDD from OKC?? YESS!!!
👍👍👍
The vid was clear, concise and quick, which makes viewing it a pleasure, and reason enough to watch more!!! Cheers, Aussie Sean
Right on! Thanks a lot Sean

Nice. This came out great.
Thanks!
Love it ! simple and beautiful
Thanks a lot! I appreciate it
Haha I like the wait for it... when the ending was longer than 20 seconds. Might have to keep that in mind if we run into that situation. Also, nice build! I like the improvisation with materials
I know! I need to keep that in mind when I'm recording the outros haha. Thanks!
It came out great
Thanks!!
Very elegant and a simple build, I like it!

THANKS!!
You really are going to head to head with homemade modern! No worries, you're both awesome!
Haha! how could we go head to head? we've got a podcast together
I know, that podcast should be great, funny about the release of dual mirror projects.
Simple and cool!
Thanks!
love this~
Thanks!
Pretty Slick Mike !!!
Thanks Brotha
Beautifully simple.

Nice handy man. 😘

Yeeeeah, simple projects FTW!
Haha! I got you man
Very very nice
woww cool another video this week niceee!!
ggreat work!!
Thanks!!
Hi Mike. Awesome job. you do great work and videos. this mirror was not my favorite of your stuff, but we'll done. it looks like something anyone could buy at Ikea. But maybe that was the goal. all the same, I love your work. best regards.
I don't take that as a negative. IKEA has great design aesthetic. I don't love their choice in material, but that's another topic haha
Another great video! Really informative :)
Thanks Lauren!!
Came out nice, man.
Thanks brother!
exelente trabajo muy practico
Nice project.
Thanks!
nice easy project! looks good mike!& good idea using the pvc like how it looks plugging it with the wooden dowels.
Thanks joe! yeah, once it's painted you can't really tell mucho f any difference between it and the wood.
Modern Builds good stuff ! Nothing like a good improvised cover up :-)
Hey Mike! I'm an OKC maker and several times a month I need glass cut to odd shapes. Glass Solutions in Edmond always come through. Affordable and nice folks too.
Sweet! I'll check em out sometime, Thanks Chris!
Cool, nice quick project. I would definitely hit that maple with some Boiled linseed oil and finish it off with a buffed out paste wax. that combo on maple is one of my favorite looks. good work
That's not a bad combo!!
Hella cool
Thanks man!
Nice! I like it. I might have to do something similar but all white to match my furniture! :)
Sweet!! I'd love to see a picture when it's finished
Cool bro, watching from Brasil !
That's awesome!!
2.2k views in 22 minutes!! Killing it, and then building it a mid century coffin for a modern burial:)
Jesse Claus Hahaha :)

Nice Project! Nice to be here early!
Thanks Matt!!
Hi Mike
How are you?
Great job as always and easy too.
Congratulations.
Thanks Allan! Much appreciated
Nice and easy build ;P
Thanks!!
You're a Genius
Not Quite haha!!
Muy bonito, a mi esposa le gustaría un espejo como ese, like! =)
Gracias
Enjoyed this one👍
Thanks!! I appreciate it
You live near Okc!? I live in Shawnee! I'm a huge fan of what you do, because I like to do the same things. I watch your videos to get inspired, and your projects are amazing. Sorry, I just had a fangirl moment. anyways, have a good day! 😊
I do, yeah! That's awesome, you too!
room tour??? nice piece mike!
Possibly! Thanks a lot!
This build looks so nice! Can you do a video on a dropleaf or gateleg table?
Thanks!! That could be a cool project someday!
You should have connected four LEDs to the upper and the lower part of the mirror (the ones in the upper side looking down to the mirror and vice versa). That way you could also light up the mirror plus it would be a nice little detail :)
That could have been really cool! You should do it!
I am the kind of subscriber who watches every video and is very interested but never actually does anything remotely close. I dont think i even have a hammer in my place haha
Hello Mike
In a future video why not make a wooden desk, it would be nice to watch and learn
Sorry about my spelling but Im 13 years old from sweden.
Wood working is the thing I do after school every day.
Thanks for reading!!!
That's what I'm currently building!
WOW! I loved this project. Does this mirror rest on the wall?
Yep, It leans against the wall
Hi Mike, could you make a video of how to build a vertical folding bed? And what is being stored is a couch? Greetings from Tabasco, México.
Hmmmm, that could be cool
Yay please use more hardwood!!
Will do!! now that i found a dealer with decent prices
Does it stand firmly? it does not look like able to remain vertical if hit by accident. the bottom design could be wider or different shape. thanks for sharing.
It's definitely stable. If I had kids i'd attach it to the wall though
Hey Mike. I'd love to hear some prices for the projects that you do. Always curious about that.
yeah, it's just hard because the price is going to vary so much depending on were people are from. With that being said, the wood was about $15-20 and the mirror was about $50 (which is more than I was expecting)
Totally get it about the prices varying. I think people understand that though. That's for the price info!
Have you ever thought about doing a video on the most important tools to have for very casual builders?
Mike how do you like your shopsmith? I've got a mark v as well, I have the disc sander on the right and a jointer on the left..I kinda hate that it takes up so much room, but I got it for free, so I can't really complain I guess haha
Great vid, digging the podcast as well!
I got mine for free too haha... well sorta. I like it, Mines set up as a disk sander/ bandsaw 90 percent of the time. the lathe is fun to play with occasionally
Be careful on that "lathe"...I was turning a 10" bowl on mine with a nova chuck, and one hard catch and it bent the quill :-(. Ever since then I just decided it's not really a full size lathe lol
Hey Mike,
Noticed you're using the Ryobi table saw. I've been wanting to make some sleds for it, but it has a t-track instead of a regular rectangular track. Do you have any recommendations, either on the best way to file it flush or where I could buy some lengths of the rod that fits into it?
I know Christiana from the channel Get Hands Dirty used a flat hand file to hers down. i'd try that
i used an angle grinder with a cutting wheel n fine tuned with a bastard file. just take your time, u can always take more off, adding more on is an issue
Nice build! Do you think that 5 degrees is ok for any mirror size?
Hmm, it should get flatter the bigger the mirror gets
how do you find your Ryobi tools? could you do a review video pros/cons
I really like them. Possibly, it could be a cool second channel video
sweet
Nice camera. May I know what it is? Excellent build by the way!
Thanks! It's a sony RX100 V
I love it but I would make it legless with just the frame sitting on the floor. I would also perhaps love to make it a bit taller and wider. Other than that it is really nice. You do good work. (p.s. don't know if you realize it but I submitted a platform bed project for your consideration. I would love it if you made it. That said, I understand if you have other things to do.
I've been wanting to do a similar project, where do you find mirrors like that?
Cool, I got it from a local glass shop
i thing it's my idea but i love it thank's
What??
Nice job ! IS that mirror attached to the wall or just leaning against it?
Thanks! I did't attach it, but if you have kids that might knock it down, I would
Do you plan on making more stuff that could be suitable for apartments? Would be nice!
Like what??
Like a modern, geometric shelf you can make from MDF or a nice but multifunctional laundry basket with your own twist on it. So basically everything related to modern and good looking storage. Thank you!
прикольно братан!)
SUBSRIBED. This guy is a miracle worker. Please fill my house with your creations.
Haha!! Thanks a lot!
Make a nightstand with similar characteristic! Please! We need it.
Soon!
ahhh that's better (more modern)
We're back!1
Modern Builds yup
Could You show us a house tour?
When are you doing another Q&A? I missed the last 2.
hmmm, I totally forgot about those lol! I should do one soon!
does the back of the mirror need a backing? that's my only fear in copying this build
Not with 1/4" panes. If you used and 1/8" pane then yeah. But for this, the plywood pieces I used at the end of the video are fine
Any idea when you'll have your shirts back in stock?!
I'm going to the screenprinters on monday to order more, so really soon
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
you should make a QA video
I'll do one soon!!
Love the videos. However have you thought of making a smart mirror? 🤔
What's a smart mirror?
This link might help give more detail then I can write.
www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-a-Magic-Mirror/
you should make a wooden camera case
Hmmm, that could be neat
could someone explain the 5 degree cut aspect to me? thanks :D
The 5 degree cut is so the the bottom of the legs are angled. That angle makes it so the bottom of the legs sit flat against the floor
would you make bluetooth speakers
That's a good idea! soon!
Connect some LED's for ambient lights.
I don't know...
Every time he says y'all I kinda melt a little.
you’re fly
