Really disappointed we didn't get the green vinyl but at the end of the day at least we got the vinyl and that's what matters. Or at least that's what I'm going to keep telling myself until I believe it LOL I'm really interested in the point-and-click games lately as well. I want to experience a bit of everything in gaming and not just be a OneNote gamer. The tech stuff has been really fun and I'm happy to say we have our OG Xbox all up and running with a brand new hard drive in it and a soft mod and it is fire!!!!

I personally love them as well so we'll keep doing them. As far as keeping games sealed until we decide to play them, that was just some troll in our PS5 video that saw the picture. Saw that some games were sealed and told us it was a waste of time to keep our games sealed without knowing we kept them sealed until we played them. Yup 😤 Scott's been itching to play sea of stars and Eiyuden Chronicles. He's still trying to get through Alice Madness returns in his post-concussed state. To me they looked pretty special when I saw them at value village and I had to pick them up. Glad to hear that my got instinct was correct. I think I could totally get behind physical PC collection of games. Oh and thanks so much for the happy mother's Day wish!. I had a great one and pretty much immediately played silent Hill shattered memories.
Sweet pickups! That turtles vinyl looks awesome, especially as the art work of that game is more aligned with the original comics for the turtles , hence they are all wearing red... I remember as a kid being confused and being like wth lol, another funny story is we didn't have a NES growing up so my experience with that game is on DOS! imagine the same game with 15 fps hahaha. turned based adventure games are so fun on PC.. I grew up with playing them , Monkey Island games, day of tentacle , full throttle etc.. soo many awesome ones out there, I highly recommend the first 3 Monkey Island games if you haven't played them, those should be easy to get free and play on SCRUMM. Some games that you never expect to go up in price go up there and others which you think will never do, I think Scott nailed it in the head, sure this is the only version with a physical map, but when a game is available on many platforms it does stop it being stupid expensive but who knows in the future. I did the same thing, I avoided playing Sea of Stars till I could get mine physical and I just got it yesterday for the Switch.. I did there same thing for Alan Wake 2 and we got the news yesterday that it is finally it is coming physical!!! Hell Yeah!!! I know Jenn was also waiting for the same thing!!! we can rejoice haha. Kena is fun, I got it day one on ps4.. it is a hard game as well but it is fun and has it's charm. Sweet on Ghosthunter on ps2... I also picked it up after watching Radical Reggie talk about the game a few months ago! sweet mother day's gift there! enjoy!
I'm just wondering how in the heck TMNT would work on DOS lol. My mind is boggled! I haven't played ANY of the monkey island games but I am assuming they would be easy enough to find, if not there's always steam. I think that's just it with Stick of Truth, mass production but I wonder if the map maybe then will become collectible. Not necessarily why we wanted it but not a bad reason to have it either lol. I was so damn excited about Alan Wake 2! I saw the crack forming in keeping it digital, the whisperings that they didn't make/sell what they expected. Hope this serves as a lesson! Kena will get played eventually lol although how hard are we talking lol Happy we picked up GhostHunters. Scott was on the fence because we're trying to be smart with our money but he works hard and deserves nice things LOL
Haha tmnt was a hot garbage on Dos , if you can find gameplay online for It, it will be a good laugh. Now imagine in the peak of turtle mania getting that game when I was around 8 years old and playing that !! Haha Yeh it was stupid to go only digital for Alan wake , I really hope it sells really well on physical so companies delay the all digital figure longer . Everyone thinks it's gonna happen for sure but if sales fall, they will revert back to physical, money talks more than anything . I think they will have to wait 10-20 more years for all physical to make sense, when we are all too old to play anymore lol. kena is super hard but there are easy story mode which allows you just to enjoy the game and yes I played it on that level as well haha ..sometimes you ain't got time to 'get gud' It's crazy how ghost hunters in Europe is just like a 10 pounds game and the same exact game in NA is much more.

Honestly, some of our best suggestions come from a pickup video. We love them too. Silent Hill Shattered Memories is great. So far I've only played the first 3 and this one. You best believe I preordered the remake.

Haven’t played one of those in decades! 🤣 Coraline is one I’ve been watching for quite some time. Might need to get it soon. Ghost Hunter is a pricey game and I’m happy Scott got it! TMNT had such a great soundtrack. I really need to play The Stick of Truth, I briefly checked it out when I first picked it up and I enjoyed what I played. Kena is such a fun game! Some boss fights cam be tricky, but the combat works really well that you don't get frustrated.
I still need to play Stick of Truth as well but I saw Scott playing a little bit of it and I laughed my butt off. Kena is one I really want to get to sooner than later. I love the art style and the combat looks pretty cool. I tend not to get too frustrated with modern games that are hard. It's those retro games that make me rage LOL😂
I do have a way to play it though on the 360. You can also play the original version on there 😁 We love our gaming vinyls it's just the perfect way to listen to it.

I think pick up videos at one point oversaturated the CZcams algorithm. They're not everybody's cup of tea so we've been told, but we do love a good pickup video as well. We have a very very small selection of vinyl, but I'm telling you right now if you can ever get your hands on Castlevania symphony of the night it is a chef's kiss! Gylt got rave reviews from a friend of mine so I had to pick it up. Happy to hear Ghost hunters seems to be worth the spend. And you're damn right I saw and I'm pretty excited about it!!! I talked to Scott about it last night and I gave myself a little congratulatory pat on the back for not spending the money on the digital LOL 🤣🤣🤣
Oh i hate pickups videos! This new crazy concept of "New games and stuff" is so much better! Turtles soundtrack is bad ass by the way! If i only had LP player but i can't afford to start collecting those too.😢 I want that South Park map too! I've been meaning to put games in my Playstation Classic too. I've had it for years but i haven't even hooked it up once. It's a work in process.

Honestly, Josh modding the Xbox was not that challenging. Typically Scott is completely inept at that sort of thing and he gets mad really easily when it comes to computers but he had no problem. I was pretty damn proud of him!
Scott actually got through modding the PS1 as you saw and then he did move on to the OG Xbox which has been so much fun. He's ripping our games to the console and finding out which ones don't work unfortunately 🤣😭. Really cheap solution to maximizing and future proofing our Xbox for relatively cheap

I need to get my PSP fixed it sounds like a car that needs new brakes. Very screechy. Id love third birthday for it. I sold power stone and the rest of my games, cause it annoyed me and didn't feel like buying another PSP. Not many games on it I want. I'd love a new proper PlayStation handheld, not something that needs the Internet to run
That sucks about your PSP! We ran into issues when I started playing shattered memories. My lilac purple Hannah Montana PSP just wanted nothing to do with it so I had to play on our other one... Thankfully that was an option. That's the same for us. Our PSP library is pretty small, not a lot of things we want on it and I agree with you. I would take another PlayStation handheld in a heartbeat

I saw you got that usb with all those ps1 games, but find a backwards compatible ps3 and mod that instead, play all the rare PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP games you want all on 1 console, is about the same process.

That's the absolute smartest way to buy games for any system. That's pretty much what we always do, which is why we don't own any pokémon games. It's something we're not interested in and we're not going to play so we don't invest in it.

I absolutely adored Kena! Both the story and gameplay kept me engaged and the game was right in my perfect sweet spot for time to complete a game

I'm actually going to play another PC game very very soon, but it'll be in our next games and stuff video and I'm very excited to share what it is... Stay tuned!
TMNT had such a great soundtrack.
I really need to play The Stick of Truth, I briefly checked it out when I first picked it up and I enjoyed what I played.
Kena is such a fun game! Some boss fights cam be tricky, but the combat works really well that you don't get frustrated.
I still need to play Stick of Truth as well but I saw Scott playing a little bit of it and I laughed my butt off.
Kena is one I really want to get to sooner than later. I love the art style and the combat looks pretty cool. I tend not to get too frustrated with modern games that are hard. It's those retro games that make me rage LOL😂
Yoooo! Great pick ups. No Alice on PC means good things for me lol. I recently got my s/o into TMNT so that vinyl brings me way too many endorphins.
I do have a way to play it though on the 360. You can also play the original version on there 😁
We love our gaming vinyls it's just the perfect way to listen to it.

I think it's a little bit oversaturated on CZcams... We have had a few indirect complaints. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea but we like him too.

I think pick up videos at one point oversaturated the CZcams algorithm. They're not everybody's cup of tea so we've been told, but we do love a good pickup video as well.
We have a very very small selection of vinyl, but I'm telling you right now if you can ever get your hands on Castlevania symphony of the night it is a chef's kiss!
Gylt got rave reviews from a friend of mine so I had to pick it up. Happy to hear Ghost hunters seems to be worth the spend.

Honestly, Josh modding the Xbox was not that challenging. Typically Scott is completely inept at that sort of thing and he gets mad really easily when it comes to computers but he had no problem. I was pretty damn proud of him!

Scott actually got through modding the PS1 as you saw and then he did move on to the OG Xbox which has been so much fun. He's ripping our games to the console and finding out which ones don't work unfortunately 🤣😭. Really cheap solution to maximizing and future proofing our Xbox for relatively cheap

Also Gylt gave me big In Nightmare vibes from the visuals but it was only a mediocre game that could have been great.

@@RetroRivals on normal, there were multiple times that it got pretty challenging. Much more difficult than I was expecting, but on easy it’s a breeze

I need to get my PSP fixed it sounds like a car that needs new brakes. Very screechy. Id love third birthday for it. I sold power stone and the rest of my games, cause it annoyed me and didn't feel like buying another PSP. Not many games on it I want. I'd love a new proper PlayStation handheld, not something that needs the Internet to run
That sucks about your PSP! We ran into issues when I started playing shattered memories. My lilac purple Hannah Montana PSP just wanted nothing to do with it so I had to play on our other one... Thankfully that was an option. That's the same for us. Our PSP library is pretty small, not a lot of things we want on it and I agree with you. I would take another PlayStation handheld in a heartbeat

I saw you got that usb with all those ps1 games, but find a backwards compatible ps3 and mod that instead, play all the rare PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP games you want all on 1 console, is about the same process.

That's the absolute smartest way to buy games for any system. That's pretty much what we always do, which is why we don't own any pokémon games. It's something we're not interested in and we're not going to play so we don't invest in it.

Sorry we were just being fools with the title. Some people don't like pickup videos but mostly CZcams doesn't like to push them lately in the algorithm. We just thought with this would be a fun idea
