If you have more budget, go for SONY MHC-V73D or the highest V83D. V43D is a spec down from V73D or V83D. All specs just the same with V73D, but V43D comes with smaller subwoofer 10 inch, less numbers of tweeter (1 pairs only), not omni directional party light (side/front only) and non soft touch upper panels. The rest are almost same, such as HDMI ARC input, mic & guitar input, bluetooth, Radio FM & DVD Player built in. But if those differents don't bother you, V43D is powerful enough for your daily audio/video driver. I highly recommend those SONY MHC-V series, a tower speaker with all in one capabilities. And also they valued for money and reasonable price compared to its american counterparts. I own SONY MHC-V83D. From my personal experience, this tower speaker is very satisfying both for audio and built quality. O yes, forget to say, V43D, V73D & V83D have wheels on the bottom back.
