that tree hit on hole 8 helped the disc hold that turnover line on hole 18 at worlds. everything happens for a reason

And again at 28:48 Just think, this tree hit was probably forceful enough to contribute ever so slightly to the understability of the disc, that would ultimately produce the holy shot. It's a small part of the disc's journey to greatness.

@@yeadogthazmyboi Depending on when things were filmed, he's been dealing with an injury, had a baby on the way, and has generally been trying to find a new life balance as he has stated he really can't handle the touring life even though he loves disc golf. For me at least, he gets a pass if he was off when on camera.

Thomas is a great human being - pets the dog and then tries his putt on hole 1. There's a man with priorities.
Dogs are good luck - I always pet them on the course lol. Sometimes if they are kinda dirty ill just use my left hand to keep my putt hand strong.

For being an Ace challenge this format seemed to really encourage the opposite; it seemed like players really wanted to go all out for the ace, but often times held back / were affected because the money and odds of laying up for pot vs acing. That being said, I love and appreciate the offseason content. Keep it up, Jomez!!

I dont think i understand how much work it is make a production on this level, one thing i do miss every time a player picks a disc is a graphic with the name of the disc used, perhaps with the four/five stat numbers under? That would be so amazing for us beginners/intermediate players to know what they throw, and the characteristics of that specific disc. It would make it sooo much more educational, as they all have different forms and grips and so many variables that the choice of disc is paramount for each shot.
Shoutout to the guys that did this before money and sponsorships came into play. Thanks for sticking to your hobby and never giving up. This has become a wildfire in europe with courses popping up all over. And i just found this hobby last year :( I came from soccer/basket/diving/cycling and fpv droning. So i found this very enjoyable and im starting to get a hang of what disc i need thanks to hours and hours watching this channel.

At first I was wondering how Nate did not mention that James was the 2021 World champ then realized this was recorded before that happened but just now released. I do like that they created a backlog of content to release during the off season. Only thing keeping me going while it's raining on my days off every week.

I assume you can extrapolate it to be within a week of the Open where they shoot it. e.g. this one was probably shot around the end of april/start of may

The only thing I donât like about how many channels do an opening clip of an ace run from the round to come (Simon does too), is that thereâs a good chance you know there wonât be as exciting a shot up until that shot, as well as after that shot.
