the thing is if pogba wants to play in that double pivot in the centre of midfield, he has to be good defensively which he isn't. He was at fault for Switzerland's last goal, roy Keane was spitting facts
Pogba did give the ball away but it was inside Switzerland's half so the defence had time to set themselves and track the runners which Kante failed to do so.
Kimpembe was most at fault tbh. He gets dragged wide by Fassnacht even tho he's being covered by Rabiot which leaves space for Gavranovic to run into making him an easy option for Xhaka to play through.
Then he is easily beaten by Gavranovic's turn leaving him on the floor. His decision to go to ground was rash as there was still 20 yards between Gavranovic and the goal. This lapse in concentration gives Gavranovic space and time to pick his corner.
For a man that has played in a CL final for a big club like PSG, he definitely should have done a lot better there.

How was he at fault when he got pressed by a guy before receiving the ball and had 3 other Swiss players in his vicinity😂. Being at “fault” is Sterling vs Germany to muller. Pogba had one of the best defensive numbers in the team so that’s cap.
@@velianfc it’s not cap at all considering I’ve seen him get pressed when playing for Man Utd and lose the ball in dangerous positions numerous times, it’s a clear flaw in this game. Next to Fred or mctominay his defensive side gets exposed heavily. I wouldn’t mind if he was next to someone solid tho, he makes up for it when he goes forward
