    4 cans (5 oz each) tuna packed in water, drained
    1 small lemon or 1/2 large lemon zested and juiced
    ½ cup mayonnaise (olive oil preferred)
    ½ cup finely chopped celery
    ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
    1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    ½ teaspoon paprika
    3 tablespoons capers, rinsed and dried
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    1 small lemon or 1/2 large lemon zested and juiced
    120 ml mayonnaise (olive oil preferred)
    120 ml finely chopped celery
    60 ml finely chopped green onions
    1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    30 ml Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
    5 ml garlic powder
    5 ml onion powder
    2.5 ml paprika
    3 tablespoons capers, rinsed and dried
    Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
