For my final video of the #alphabetsuperset I present you with a productivity system that I really like and totally works.
not an exaggeration to say i have been looking for a calm and genuine productivity video talking from experience and not just reading an article with 10 sound effects every second
Thank you so much! That's definitely the vibe I'm going for!
Getting started is the hardest part.
- I reduce friction by preparing for my next task in advance, but don't start working.
- I intentionally step away for a good long break.
- I return to everything ready to go and get started.
It’s equivalent to microdosing. I do a 20min workout every morning, lazy right? But I have not skipped a day for the last 7yrs.
Exactly! And that's more than a lot of other people are doing!
a 20 min workout is not lazy at all lol most people don't workout at all
You keep this vibe and your channel will grow my dude. This feels like escaping to a quiet room at an overly stimulating party. Refreshing and insightful.
Thank you, I really appreciate it! 😁
Love your smooth and comforting tone as you share this advice - very relaxing and makes me want to listen to more.
Good job, algorithm.
Why is this the coziest and most encouraging video I love it
Thank you 😁
Great video, great channel! Seems like I landed on the start of your channel's uprising!!! All the best and keep going!
No zero days works because life is a series of compounding actions. Just like compounding interest, over time compounding actions, no matter how small, can add up to something big.
I never heard of it but it makes a lot of sense:
It feels in a way a little bit like the superset..........which , you freaking just completed! I hope you enjoy your letter from your past self and celebrate it! :)
I was glad to follow along your journey! Great videos!
Yes, I agree! I was thinking about adding a bit about the Alphabet Superset into the video because I approached it very similarly. I tried to do a little something every day for this challenge.
I totally forgot about that letter!! I'm going to have to go find it and read it, although if I remember correctly, I did expect to be living in Helsinki already and have a steady job ^^'
short - calm - genuine - straight to the point - amazing video bro...
Thank you so much. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed by the weight of my dreams recently, because I want a lot for myself and for my future. At times my dreams scare me, but then again that’s how you know it’s worth aspiring towards. This has helped me get a perspective that doesn’t induce a bit of anxiety. That tiny amount of anxiety brings doubt which often discourages me from even doing the bear minimum. So thank you for sharing and articulating this idea.
I understand! I've always felt that anxiety is often a fear of the unknown. Not knowing if you'll be able to achieve your dreams or not. But doing something small, something manageable every day can really help you push the anxiety to the side. It's no longer ✨the dream✨ but smaller, easily digestible tasks. Which can be completed each day, so you can actually see progress! Keep going! 😁
This reminds me of micro-habits. Great cadence of speech and congratulations on your video posting streak ❤
Fly, if you cant fly, run.
If you cant run, walk.
if you cant walk, crawl, but for the love of god, keep moving forward.
..and if you can't crawl, when you can't do that, you find someone to carry you.
i will watch your next video after trying out this no zero day rule for a month
im leaving this comment as a reminder to my self, btw Nice Content!
Awesome! You've got this!
Actually, this is genius advice to start a new activity in your life! This helps get no annoying anxiety. You can't get stress because you only need to do just the smallest-easiest part of "this hard job" and once you've done it you understand: "wow its actually not as I thought it would be!"
i've watched alot of productivity videos but this was the best one till now ,it's calm, simple, cool.good job
Channels like this, that are authentic, and providing really good advice, are the hidden nuggets. I have heard this advice before, but not expressed so well. Tired as I am after I day of programming I feel I will open my computer and write a line or two on my pet project ;-)
That's awesome! Best of luck to you!
Nice advice, gonna try, thx!
Also, great video!: nice calming music, good picture and you look fresh and inspiring.
I hope it will help us, but anyway I enjoyed to have this video as the first one in the morning of new day. 💚
Thanks! I hope it works out for you! 😁
unique advice, defo will implement this
The video itself came out to be equallty comforting as the idea of practicing no zero day. You know, how you have a subject, that you think, wow I'm so grateful i got introduced to this subject by this teacher, otherwise i don't think it would have had such big impact on my life? Well, no zero day was one such subject for me, and I am glad i got introduced to it exactly through this video :)
Thank you.
Such a relaxing and beautiful video. Thanks a lot.
Thank you very much for this beautiful insight!
Thank you for you video! Currently my brain is full with ideas and plans for the future. You made me start drawing my idea of a childs book, I have since a long time in my mind.
I'm so glad to hear that! Good luck 😊
Nice advice, good job.
Amen. This man works.
Congrats on finishing the alphabet superset!!!! I was wondering recently how the others were doing.
Unfortunately, the last letter I completed was last year 😪....
Great job!!!! And a great video! It was delivered to me by the algorithm, I will check out your other videos.
Thank you! I'm sorry to hear that it's been a while, but you can always pick it up again and go at it at your own pace!
@@ChristianClaus13 Thanks? Yes, I am still planning to finish it. 🙂
I meant Thanks!!!! ❤️
I try to perform your recommendations in my life.
With that logic, my brother, I am only gonna have All One Days.
But not to many. Separate the signal from the noise" means distinguishing the essential from the non-essential. Prioritizing and establishing baselines for managing tasks involve identifying the most important tasks for you and giving them top priority by going "all in." Dedicate your full attention and resources to these tasks to successfully complete them. Other tasks could be held at the baseline, addressing only the essentials, following the "Don't miss twice 2 days in a row" rule - slow burns by keeping them as a reference for future processing, but for now, allocate fewer resources and attention to them. Later, return and prioritize these tasks once the most important ones are completed.
Thanks a ton!
Fantastic Video!
What a great video! Thanks for making it. :) I do something very similiar to this method and it helped me so much to just DO the work instead of just thinking about doing it. (Don't know if this makes sense but yeah...)
If we had the chance to shape a private community with Christian, what would you want it to include? Let's share our wishlist!
Im gonna do this when I start online university this fall, just do one thing, small or big, every day.
I have adopted this to my life

terrible advice and extremely suboptimal. The ability to dynamically allocate time and redirect attention is critical.
The problem is using your ego to choose your path detached from the experience of your journey. When you are thinking abstractly about goals, or better stated "wishes", that's when you are in fact in the worst position to decide your path.
I'm not saying you should never do efforts toward self improvement, this is just a terrible metric to do this.
It's much better to engage directly with your emotions and try to fully express them, then just try to send you down a path from a bird's eye view. Not saying you always have to act on whims, but you should learn to appreciate what drives your emotional state and integrate that into your decision making rather than alienate it.
That'd be great and all if I could instantaneously understand and remind myself of what you're even talking about. "Thinking abstractly about goals"? Yeah, no kidding.
