Thanks for the tool reviews! Always looking to add quality tools without breaking the bank and your reviews help me weed through all the garbage. I will definitely use your links as a way to say "Thank you".
Hi Andy, I ordered the 45% and the 90% I just love these quality tools even more so when they are shinny the Magpie in me no doubt Cheers. Barry
Really looking forward to the woodkiln videos!
Brilliant mate . Thank you
Thanks for this Andy 👍🇮🇪☘️
I've some of those L shaped iron square, and one was out of square. A smith teached me to give a little hit with an hammer (and maybe a pin) on the inside or outside corner (depending if it' close or open) and it turned out perfect!!
Good stuff I could see using that when installing mag locks
That was a nice little shop talk. I have always been a fan of Banggood. They have a well used comments and rating system and I can not see them supplying inaccurate measurement tools. When I think how much big brand firms charge such a lot more money for basically the same tool I wonder if said firms are the one that are spreading bad reviews about BG.
excellent. I had been looking for a forstner bit guide. I believe the ability to use a forstner bit on the conical guide would be the main difference between the two guides that you demonstrated. Thanks.
Thanks for the review Andy. I have bought quite a few things from Banggood already (including three of the things you showed today) following your first mention of the company a while ago. So I’ll happily continue to buy via your link if it helps out. Thanks again. 👍🏻
Useful, thanks for the links 👍
Nice review, mate. 👍🏽
I love their gear too, and yes it is surprisingly good quality. 👌🏽
Busy busy busy, no rest for the wicked, aye... 😆😉
Super super super super
Love your quick concise reviews, just wonder if you could put magnets in the base of them squares if it would increase the functionality at the saw and metal shop? Subscribed to your channel. Brit retired in Canada.
NOOICE!
And the 'vertical hole jig' can be used with forstner bits.
i bought some for support and cool stuff thx
;). Cheers
Great video and I bought some of the products but I found that Aliexpress was cheaper on every item
I've bought some stuff as well of Bangood and have been surprised how good they are. Anything else i buy i'll use the link to help out cheers Andy
Thanks for the video. Tell me about the worktable you are sitting on. Is that a lift table and are you happy with it? Thanks so much. Gary
Ive been on the look out for a hand Dowling jig, that can drill edge and face dowels. Any idea of what i can get?
one more convenience in work
I bought the 50x40mm DIN875-2 90 Degree Angle Corner Square. I compared it to a Kleffmann & Weese 150 mm Bevelled edge precision engineer square and the inside angle is out by 0.06mm on the longest side. Also the upper square faces are not parallel with the edges of the base by over 0.5mm. The base is 0.3mm longer on one side compared to the other. I also bought the 100x70mm DIN875-0 square. It is slightly better, but not by much. What makes it worse is I can't leave a review like this on their website without it being deleted by the owners.
I really have not had a problem with any of them so far , I only really use the mark to ref on my mitre or sliding saw I am not cutting by hand .. never used the square you mentioned maybe it a top end or engineering square I guess you get what you pay for
Which days will you be at the Guild? I’ll come by and say hello 😁
I am exhibiting from Saturday to Wednesday.. definitely on the stand all day Monday and Tuesday,Wednesday
