Now more than ever the Sussexes have an uphill battle as their actions in recent years are viewed in an even harsher light than before. Are Harry & Meghan capitalizing on the press' softening towards them as well as the low public appetite for Sussex drama? Will it work?

Sadly the queen seemed to give in to No Hair Harry's temper tantrum manipulations orchestrated by MEgz and unfortunately they both took advantage of that wanting more and more and more instead of being grateful and appreciative. But that wasn't ever going to be enough for MEgz. She wanted to be equal to the queen if she couldn't be the queen.
The queen bent over backwards for Harry giving them opportunities and privileges that neither Catherine and William received before they got married or engaged. That gave the evil monster more strength to use and abuse and manipulate the queen and anyone she could.
Why the queen gave in, we will never know. Maybe she knew her diagnosis and just didn't want to waste time and energy fighting with No Hair Harry. Priorities and quality of life are more important. Although the queen's expression during the wedding said alot. I've never seen her look so incredibly angry. EVER!

I work in a large hospital. You often see patients with masks. Bone marrow transplants, other organ transplants, cancer patients---- anyone with a compromised immune system should wear a mask in a hospital. Some even wear N95 respirators, which will even stop viruses.
I'll bet the pediatric oncologists were none too happy about Rachel bringing in 3 camera guys not a room filled with kids who were immunocompromised. Just to stroke her ego.
However the financial guys were thrilled by the buckets of Hawwy's money she used to buy her way in.

Masks have always been used in hospitals, especially with immunosuppressed kids.

She manages to self-sabotage every time because her behaviour is so off. In those photos, all the children look like hostages. There's a filmed bit where she's standing and beckoning to one child to come to her-they were in a wheelchair, but she expected them to move, not her. Any normal person would have gone to the child instead. Everything she does is carefully planned to keep her at the centre of it, to make her the main character and not focussed on the people she's meeting. Prince Philip said that their role was to shine a light on the people or charity they were dealing with and not the royal, but she's incapable of doing that.
What you said about getting a child to come to her is a very very good point. When you are sick you should not have to go over to someone who already has the stage set.

Apparently the hospital's Instagram post has it as March 21, 2024, as do numerous news outlets (per an internet sleuth in another part of the comment section). It's not on the main website because she didn't give permission for the hospital to use it.

Some outlets have questioned this visit, that it didn’t happen in March ‘24 but, around the same time she was across the Pond during the jubilee because her face and her body is fuller. The dress has a small rip/tear, her hair color and length/ fullness is the same. I truly believe that they are past the point of rehabilitation in the public's eyes. The problem is that M in particular is disliked now by so many people that, even when she does something that appears to be nice, many wonder about what her agenda is. Their ‘charity work’ is so meaningless and impersonal though. When you watch w&c doing it, it’s night and day. Meghan just doesn’t ever seem authentic, to use one of her favourite buzzwords, and Harry always looks tense and like he’s ready for a fight!
