I work in a factory that is very loud in some departments, and as Quality Control, I have to do a hearing test every 3 years. If you fail the test, you get told to go to your GP, and the work hearing tests become annual. I haven’t failed one yet, and fingers crossed, my ear defenders continue to be effective.
