    This is what’s wrong with America! A small time drug dealer would lose everything through Asset Forfeiture and spend years in prison but, these dirtbags get to keep everything and pay a settlement very likely less than their yearly passive income from investments.

      It gets better. Purdue pd over $7M in bonuses this week. They will pay $48,000 for a life less a paragraph of fees and two weeks later pay those bonuses. I cannot understand why people are not out in the streets #crimeofthecentury

    Just finished reading Mr. Keefe's book, "Empire of Pain" after reading his article on Purdue Pharma several years ago when I had a subscription to the New Yorker. Wonderful book that should serve as another cautionary tale about corporate greed and how corrupt government agencies allowed this opioid crisis to happen.

    I'm part of this lawsuit. They have been dodging their responsibilities for it the past 4yrs I've been represented by them. It's in the court of appeals and the Doa of New York is looking into it. Just if they are allowed to file for bankruptcy then people will basically get nothing for all their pain and suffering
