Great work! Your property is really coming together!
Thanks man!
I’m wildly impressed with how much of the process you were involved in and/or just did yourself… you should definitely be proud!
Seconded! @TrentonPalmer, @MikePatey & @HeavyDSparks are all very hands-on, down-in-the-dirt guys and you gotta love that.
Thanks 🙏🏻 it was a super fun project to take on myself!
I know CZcams is social media and things on social media are often weighted towards the best parts of peoples lives. That being said, You’re living the dream Trent hopefully we all get to do that one day
Ooh, I like that overhead lighting. Makes me think of a huge Star Trek transporter room.
I really enjoy watching you "live the dream" and you take on such cool projects.
I'm always here for it, thank you for sharing!
Man, that looks like all kinds of fun. I know construction always has a lot of surprises, not always good ones, but looking back at this must be extremely satisfying. Hope you enjoy it to fullest!
That honeycomb lighting is SICK!!!!! Love the the build and love the compilation video!
Such a great video- reviewing scope of project beginning to end! You must feel really proud to create this from start to finish! Great visualization skills! Thanks for creating and sharing- inspiring!
Excellent build video! Good for you Trent! Your perseverance and determination made it all possible, be real proud of your accomplishment. Job Well Done! 💯
Very impressive! I bought a hangar kit from R&M Steel three years ago and it sat on the ground at Lincoln County Airport (Panaca, NV) for two years because there were no contractors to pour the slab or erect. It’s up now but I’m kinda glad it’s still not finished so I can copy your ideas for lighting, flooring, etc. Thanks!
Very awesome build! Me and a couple of friends built a 36’ x 50’ metal building using rolling scaffolding, a skid steer with a boom attached for the beams to be lifted and some mechanic tools like a Milwaukee 1/2 impact for the big beam bolts. I had to sit and stare at the drawings and had to read the installation manual for a good amount of time before it was started. I’m in Florida, and have no insulation, so it gets really hot during the summer but having no insulation saved me money and also allowed me to find any minor water leaks really easy. There was a couple small leaks but very easy fix’s and now it’s sealed up and I love using it to work on cars and other projects. Very much worth it because not only does it allow you to do cool things that are beneficial to you but you also increase your property value by a lot so you can’t really lose.
I like the heated flooring.
Yes, that was really fun! So many pieces! So many decisions! Thanks for sharing.
The Hex Lights are so badass
Awesome video of the build and awesome hanger. Thanks for sharing the build process.
This was so well done! Thank you for a succinct version of what it took to build this 🎉
Dream hangar build, dream home build, dream location/views. Thanks for showing it’s not always impossible
Hey Trent, like it. Thanks. Like the lights. Look like electrified chicken wire.
Beautiful results, thanks for sharing.👍🇺🇸🏁
I followed your build with each video you released. This is a very nice summary of the work it took to finish your hanger. I'm happy to see the finished product - although I'm sure there will be lots more you want to do inside to make the building a "hanger."
Looks great Trent! I've watched the entire project from start to finish and is wonderful to see all in one video. Though it surprises me to hear you haven't figured out how you will feed the under floor heating system. I thought you would have that figured out before even starting on this project.
Very nice hanger! I am 3 years into building a 30x40 shop so I will say I got a little jealous when you said 4 months!
So impressive - what a great homestead you guys have created - kudos
It turned out AWESOME! Hopefully someday something like this.
Thanks for the recap. I know we have seen it. It was nice and timed right
Good morning from Minnesota! Great recap!
A true masterpiece of videography !! 11/10
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
Thank You very much.
👍🏻👋🏻
I'm really impressed with the lighting you chose. Makes me want to do the same in my hangar. Would help a lot with video work in the early mornings too! Great job Trent! Also, once I finish my project I'm doing a CZcamsr tour in the western states. I'm in AZ, you're fairly close and I would love to do a video together.
he did mention in a previous video that the lights at the brightest setting interfere with his radio
love the lights
Ok construction pro here. Did you lead this effort or have a GC orchestrate it all? Between hiring architect and engineer to managing all the processes, that is a lot for someone who is not in the industry. Not doubting your intellect, but even the smartest don’t know what they don’t know if you catch me.
@6:42 Epoxy. Great video as always and cool to see the full progression. Glad it was you that had all of the camera equipment to film the entire build. Did you ever fix your hex lighting radio interference?
Loved this video. Fascinating and impressive.
Awsome build Trent.
Feels great to check off those major milestones in life. Proud of you man.
You've got an amazing property out there! I'm not far away in Tahoe but you can't get that kind of land up here, so I'll have to live the shop life vicariously through you, haha!
We have a great deal of Respect for you Trent 😊
Best hanger I have ever seen!
So cool! Great video!
Outstanding there pilot. Great job.
Amazing, dude.
I like the honeycomb lights, ❤
Loved the video. 👍🏽
My man's a civil engineer too. This channel never fails to amaze :)
siiiiiick build. Damn. Dream shop for sure
Love this so much 👏 …. Thank you for sharing and for inspiring 👍
Funny thing about humans is that they like to watch things that they will never ever do themselves. Cooking, building Log cabins , houses and in your case a really swish Hangar. I enjoyed watching your build. thanks for sharing it. Regards, Jim the Brit in NI UK.
Cool timelapse.
Well done
Beautiful hangar. The big question is, "How Much did it cost"!
The answer is none of our business lol
@@ChippyOutdoors Why not?! It will give us the information on what a building like his costs. Why the secrecy? Unless someone is hiding something.
The prices always vary. But with that style building, the extras he put in, the doors etc. I’d say he spent $250k minimum with $350k being more realistic
@josiatokirina1788 lol well we didn't finance it and I have a feeling it'll be on the expensive side to say the least
@@jeremymason1684Thank You for sharing the most likely costs. It gives people an idea of what may be possible for them.
Living the dream Trent.
nice building!!
Hello Trent, your videos breathe freedom. Greetings
⚔️🇪🇸⚔️
Real top !
Amazing!
Beautiful… very entertaining content
Hey Trent, love your content brother. At the risk of being a little forward, I am really interested in an approximate cost of this project. I already own the land, just interested in the structure itself including concrete, electrical, windows, doors. Keep the vids coming!
trent please consider sharing your spotify playlist .we love your choice of music.
I believe the music in this is by a duo named LAYUP, songs are "here come" and "run all the way"
@@GTGBFB1 hey thanks a lot 👍
@@Smt_Glaive no problem! This was my first watch on this channel, and stayed for the music!
excelente! 🤩
Looks fantastic. Has Trent ever said what the square footage was of the shop?
I really enjoyed watching the whole process - so when do you start the 24' Mike Patey pool?
Awesome
A Bardominium? Sooo I learnt a new word today!
Love the build! Did you do enamel floors or just gloss the concrete?
Sweet build. What’s the total cost out the door as is today? Also, if not rodent free how do you keep it rodent free?
❤ it! 🎉
Did you do the Inspire 3 timelapse with RTK of the hanger ? :D Think you talked about it in some video :)
I wish this was possible in California. But the zoning regulations restrict a build like this, even in the middle of nowhere: wow !!!
Hi Trent, what size is your hanger?
Excellent video, like a pro or something.😂
Really cool video.. What brand are those lights?
Fantastic Trent !
This looks like a load-bearing slab foundation, rather than pole barn construction. Is this common for aircraft hangers with steel beam construction?
id happily live in that.
I can't believe they did this in 9 minutes
Where in the US was this built? It's awesome!
Top !
What happened to that cool motion hyperlapse stuff you were going to do with the new DJI machine? You mentioned it in your review vid way back at the start of the hanger build...
What lighting is it inside? Very nice
F Yeah dude!
What about some instagram photos of the brilliant inside of the new hangar filled with cars…invite people who built dream cars…
do a wood burnere for the flood heat
Major hangar envy. I can take off in 800 feet at 1000msl. I think my Arrow will fit on your runway.
Kewl hangar, tools and the iconic FreedomFox. Didn’t you plan to put your snowmobile on the wall rack, did that workout?
Would love to know the cost from grading to current.
What an impressive build. Do you have an estimate on the cost of the build?
How much do I have to spend to do so as well?
I really enjoy all your videos Trent. But how come you don't do anything with Quinn anymore? Have not seen Quinn for seems like years.
Sweet
I got a stupid question, is your runway big enough to land and take off in a Cessna citation M2 jet ?
SWEET Hanger Trent. Of course Square Space. Is the Hanger on your website Trent ? P.S. Great Muz.
How big is it inside? 40 X 60?
You come up with a price per foot of hard cost?
Still don’t u destined Trent doesn’t have 10m subscribers. So many people missing out on this content.
Aviation is a niche subject. Only so many aviation enthusiasts out there.
@@michaelspunich7273 yeah i can see that. I wasn’t into the aviation content until i discover this channel
Those hex lights must have cost a pretty penny for that many.
Yes please share the costs of the entire project
What music was used for this video?
next thing is paving your very own runway haha
How much did it cost?
What is the in floor pex for? Dont tell me the shop has a heated floor?
Well currently it’s not doing anything but eventually I will use it to heat the hangar
1:54 I seriously thought those were censor beeps over curse words first time I heard it. I thought, ‘what went that wrong?’
Trent, did you see your plane in Microsoft flight simulator? If so, can you please tell me how realistic it is?
Yes, I helped develop it. It’s very similar to the real thing, the sim has some limitations that were the only things that make it a little less difficult to land (it doesn’t ground loop as easily in the sim) but other than that it’s spot on!
@@TrentonPalmer It's my favorite plane!
