      225 grams of mixed nuts
      150 grams of dried fruit
      130 grams of mixed seeds
      100 grams of dark chocolate
      0,5 teaspoon of cinnamon
      0,25 teaspoon of salt
      Give it a good mix and enjoy. â˜ș
