  • Living with Parkinson's disease can be challenging but you can by improve the quality of your life by incorporating proper exercise! Parkinson's can affect areas or structures of our body that are difficult to access, perceive and control. In particular, the ability of your spine to go into extension and rotation can be compromised by the motor symptoms and stiffness that accompany PD. This thoracic mobilization drill can help counteract the affects of the disease that affect your posture.
