The 579 are really nice trucks. Been in a 2015 for two years. Peterbilt please take my advice. Wrap the sleeper in premium sound deadening material to keep roaring fans, and air noises from other trucks out. And the steering column to tilt up a bit more.

This is probably the first time this dude has ever been in a truck if he lived in one ther design would be a lot better

Right, says they have the most storage in the industry, but they have what, one full size cabinet, a few drawers and a couple cubbies.. I'm in an International LT and I have two full size cabinets with shelves, one cabinet with a hanger, 3 drawers, and two large shelves below the top bunk on either side, not to mention a large wrap around shelf over drivers seat.. I don't think I could carry that much personal stuff on that truck without having shit sitting on the bed..

Péter Oláh 🤨 the basically doesn’t mean the exact same thing. It “basically” looks like the KW T680 sleeper area except for the fold out table and how they switched around the closet and swapped the bs refrigerator that’s in the 680💁🏾‍♂️

I will like this when you make quality again. Wood, leather, diamond tuck, and cushy padded velour or leather, a real engine that was not in shop every month. This piece of junk was made for flip flop, skirt wearing team driver. Not the independent operator, which makes 90% of the total truck market. Where are the flop holders?

$140/k for this truck and the microwave is tied down with a strap? Drivers that actually have this truck & sleeper combo add an additional ratchet strap to make sure it stays secure? (see Glen Shevel's comment above). That's a poor design not a "newbie driver" comment.

All junk, dealers are in trouble because they can’t sale all the EPA crap engines, smart truckers are keeping the pre emissions trucks, the new trucks are extremely unreliable, all truck manufacturers decided to build trucks to please the government not the customer, I am rebuilding my old Cummins N14 for less than $5000 after million 1/2 miles, who’s going to get that mileage out of the new engines, no body, peterbilt and the rest of the manufacturers need to build for the customer not for the EPA, you gonna have to eat all the use trucks because no one will buy them, only a few inexperience drivers will do, the others NO ThANKs.
