Italian voice actor is Claudio Moneta. One of the best in Italy. He mostly dubbed videogame and cartoons characters, including Spongebob, John Shepard in Mass Effect and Goku in Dragon Ball Super.
And i actually think that, with the original, they are the best voices here
He's such a perfect fit for Jak, when I first heard the english voice I was like "Who chose this guy, he sounds like he's got something stuck in his throat" lol

I think he also did some other roles for just DBZ as well.

Aside from the Italian one, all the other VAs underperformed IMO. After having endured 2 years of imprisonment, torture, and permanently body-altering experiments, you really have to sell the rage and desire for revenge he's feeling
