Just ended several days of wondering. Turned out I needed to restart the server and I thought restarting the SQL Server Management Studio will do the trick! :D

God!!! Thank you so much!!! I checked the SQL Authentication mode but when it asked me to reboot, I thought you just close and reopen SSMS but, never thought of actually reboot the DB service... but once reboot the DB Service, it works!!!

I have different problem about 18456 Error. Connection establisining by user 'sa' and it's password. And I can view database and table structure, it's OK. But when I want to view data or run a query this 18456 Error pops up. How can I overcome this issue?
