Yes the guard was brilliant!!!! His responses were subtle, made it look as if the horse wanted nothing to do with her rather than big grandiose moves that would make it obvious he was avoiding her.........he is a master.

She's asking the horse, "What's the matter with you?" While it should be the horse asking HER, "And what's the matter with you"? Her fixed smile and horrible laugh are really creepy! That stunningly beautiful horse is obeying almost invisible orders from the really fed up guardsman. It's amazing just how thick headed that unwanted person is.
Yes she's the problem not the horse. The horses have picked up something they don't like about her and have reacted to it plus I think the guards are deliberately turning the horses away from her. And still she doesn't get it, neither horses or guards want her around. I feel like yelling at my phone "GET AWAY FROM THE HORSE HE DOESN'T LIKE YOU".

I doubt that she's really hurting the horse, she's just being a pest. And she's not a security risk. The real security is provided by the guy in police body armor carrying an automatic weapon, and others like him. The horse and rider are theater. I do wonder why someone didn't just tell her to stop bothering the horse, though.

I have decided that she enjoys the attention she gets from the people in the crowd. She reaches out to touch or pet the horse and then immediately turns and looks at the crowd with a big smile on her face to see if anyone acknowledges her behavior.
100% it’s attention seeking. People are there to see the guards and their horses but she sees them as an audience for her cackling and manic grin.

This guard is so good at controlling his horses actions! I have watched him since he was in a different uniform and he never lets anyone abuse his horse! You touch his horses rein and you are going to get yelled and charged at! A very good soldier!

It's called "entitlement". Some people feel they are entitled to do something, because they want to do it regardless of anything/anyone else.
When i used to go there as a child, I would say the attitude of the onlookers then, was one of awe and respect and keeping well back from the guards and their magnificent and patient horses. People have, sadly, changed into something almost unrecognizable since then.
Excellent control of the horse to send the message "go away". Maybe the guards have a spare bit and bridle for "Karen" then they could lead her away, a long way away.

Every individual guard should get a restraining order against her to keep her 500m away.
Organizations and businesses can get restraining orders against an individual. It is common to get one for former employees with a grudge. Not sure what the rules are in the UK.
Guard could also let his horse rear up, putting the fear of God into her.

We’ve found out who she is and yes she’s had a rough time and tried to top herself and underwent various treatments which is sad but still unacceptable behaviour nevertheless. She’s no respect for others including the police or military when been spoken too and this could be maybe that she’s still on medication, but still unacceptable.

It's an expression used by non-commissioned officers (serving and ex) who are mistakenly referred to as "Sir" which is how commissioned officers are addressed by those ranks beneath them. She's fully aware that the guard is moving the mount away from her. Because at a short point in , she actually looks up at the guard real quick to check his/her reaction before moving in to touch the mount again. She knows what the guard is doing. But acting innocently as if she doesn't see what's going . It's clear now as many times as I've watched her in these videos , I've seen her do this a number of times. I've been watching her closely. When she looked up at the guard before moving in on that mount said it all. I've noticed that she as well looks at the guards before movingin on the mounts in other videos. Given the guards a quick look to see their reactions before moving in on the mounts. You only have to go back and watch her very closely and you'll see it . She's fully aware she's not welcomed near the mounts by the guards. Once she noticed the guards started noticeing her actions .You can actually see it but you have to pay real close attention to her or you'll miss it , but it's there. She knew from the start and knows as well now what she's doing and has all along. . And she knows the guards and the police have caught on to her. Yet ignoring them and continuing to try and get away with her antic's . Because she has yet to stop nor well she till they take serious actions with her. Now I honestly don't know if she has a mental disorder, or if she's just not caring and doing so for attention. But either way she really needs serious actions taken against her to stop her . Otherwise this isn't going to end with her. My respect goes out to all these guards.

Another sign might go up for tourists, but not barriers as the mounted guard requires the ability to charge forth suddenly on a moments notice.
the guards at Buckingham palace used to be out side the railings, now they have been moved with in the palace grounds. many of the royal households used to have guard posts where the public used to be able to get up close and get a good photo with them. Windsor castle number two post was right out side the main gates but alas now gone.
@@veronicacrabtreehill6608 A barrier could be something as simple as the barriers used in airports, banks, post offices etc. When it's time to change the guard, a soldier comes out and moves it to one side. That simple divide would be enough to discourage the constant poking, pulling, scratching, fiddling that the horses have to endure. It's done for the guard on foot under the overhang a few feet down, so why not for the horses!

She's harassing the Horse .
They have yelled at her. It startles her for a moment, then she breaks out in laughter, looks to the crowd for support and makes comments about the guard to get the tourists "on her side". She has not taken any hint, yet. She is aware that she is being asked to stand down, but she is resisting. Of course, the vast majority of people standing there at any one time, have no clue that she has become a daily thorn in the guards' and law officers' side.
She seems to possibly like that as it gives her attention.

There is a video where the police &Guard are telling her off she speaks over them. Guard says they've seen her on camera & know what she has been doing. He ends up telling her to shut up & clear off. She waits a few minutes pondering what to do next & then she starts again in this video. There is another video where cameraman & police man are discussing that their hands are tied as she hasn't committed an offence. Unfortunately.

Horses are very sensitive to their riders. They can feel how the guards feel about this person.
The only thing surprising here is that so few people asserted themselves by pushing her out of the way. The middle aged woman and the mom with the girl were the only two. With people like this, you're between a rock and a hard place. If you are polite and wait as you've been taught since you were a school child, you won't get a turn at all. It goes against the grain to push someone aside, but it's the only way to deal with someone as oblivious as this.
Between 6:15 and 6:25, a woman steps in front of her to have her picture taken. Karen speaks to her and the lady says sorry and goes away after she had her picture taken. Bravo lady.🎉🎉🎉

The day she moved two kids made me anxious. The mother told her two kids where to stand for the photo, the. Kids did that, but she stepped up to the children and took the girls arm and moved them closer to the horse. It is good to help a child realize that calm brings calm to the horse. She needs to push off and respect the privacy and personal boundaries of the guards. She sees them as normal animals and actors and doesn't take their jobs seriously in my opinion (which cracks me up she said to one guard her husband is a police officer and she acts like this?) This lady thrives for the attention, and even though I love for her to be arrested surely, she isn't breaking any laws for an arrest (as one said who was also one of many following her with his camera).
