Thank you for you video demo. Well articulated, doesn't appear to be from the typical "influencers" hence honest. I've been digging and digging to get at what you narrowed down here perfectly and a good blanket that doesn't cost me an arm a leg. Going to get several of these for my prep.

I bought the queen one directly from Arcturus a few months ago and it also gave me a discount on the smaller wool mix blanket if I added it to the order. Great deal and I look forward to using it. The smaller one does seem a little more scratchy.

Awesome video Dan, I can tell anyone that has doubt that wool is the best for any kit. even wet it works. and that is a really good price for a queen size!
Got the same brand in a green twin size last year, it was under $40. They have very low odor, left mine hanging out on the line for one day👍. Takes a little getting used to the extra weight on you.
That's a real nice blanket. You can't beat 100% wool. Unfortunately here in Canada they want $150 for these. I have the Arcturus insulated woobie and last week I ordered the snugpak xl jungle blanket. With all the insanity going on in this world it's a good idea to be stocked up on everything these days. Because the prices are probably going to go up like an Elon Musk rocket. The Panama Canal is almost dried up and these people on the other side of the world are going to attack all ships In the Red Sea and Indian Ocean with hypersonic missiles. The human race is one giant messed up puppy.
I still have the twin size, Their queen weighed 9 pounds so i did not carry it on a pack. At 5 pounds and being virgin wool, this blanket was perfect for my pack.
@@Stoney_AKA_James the Ektos wool blankets are very good. I recently spoke with them to find out why their inventory was so small. They informed me that they are selling out of current inventory and introducing a new line in spring. So I will be watching and comparing, maybe testing.

That Snugpack Jungle Blanket xl is a great purchase! That under a wool blanket is warm and comfortable.
